I am strongly agree with you. where I can give you an example of a bank here in Bangladesh which has capital shortage of more than 7 billion US dollar. from a single country and buy a single Bank its use. we have some other examples like that and most of the cases the government banks are struggling to survive. and I am not a good expert in the field but I can easily understand the banking system is going to collapse within next decade.
