When I saw the post from @trumpman "What's The Weirdest Thing You've Done For Money" I couldn't help but laugh out loud so hard that everyone around me at that time thought I was Mad. :)

You know, what he mentioned in that post is actually what a lot of Nigerian youths over here do, that is called "Yahoo" and I believe @josediccus did mention that in the comment section.

Nevertheless the little trick he discussed as his motive of making money then could never work on Nigerians, so then the Nigerians practicing it, often do it on foreigners rather than the natives of the country.

Without applying anymore stress on that, let me quickly share my weirdest money making strategy back then ;)

Ever heard of " Iron Trade" ? Lol, I am not talking about the iron trade where you have to stake money and predict a price chart. Am actually referring to a trade where we collect spare parts of things like cars, generations and all, mostly anything that is made of iron, I'd collect them then sell it to people.

You know why this was weird?

Honestly speaking I don't think there's any average living teen in Nigeria that hasn't done this. These spare iron parts are usually junk, so then it is unwanted! But ever since we discovered that some people usually go into bushes and homes to collect these items, we began hiding our junks and then further become explorers of junk because we'd literally go into the "woods" collecting junk n stuff (iron) just so we can exchange them with people that literally look like mad people for money. Hahaha, trust me I never do this exchange in an open field 😂

There you have it :)
