Today I made my first withdrawal from my hive wallet, I have been meaning to make a withdrawal for a while now but I sincerely had no idea how to go about it so I kept on stalling till I finally decided to take the bull by the horn.

I called @readthisplease, put him on speaker as he took me through every step on what to do. he was so patient with me because at a point it became confusing, we had to end the call, call back, and restart the process.

Thank you @readthisplease just in case I didn't thank you enough earlier.

So the process to make a withdrawal, sell and buy cryptocurrency is quite straightforward

I am feeling like a “Cryptonite” even though I wasn't feeling all confident earlier 😁

Well, All I did was transfer my HBD Into hive using Block trade. I registered on block trade via email and followed the prompt to make a transfer from my HBD TO HIVE with just my user name and activation key for authentication. And in a few seconds, the transaction was complete. I also didn't just want to withdraw my hive I wanted to invest the money somewhere and buying a cryptocurrency was my best bet. So I communicated this with @readthisplease and he was able to help me achieve my goal... I just had the idea in my head and I had no single knowledge of how buying and selling crypto works but there is always a first time right.

So next I had to transfer my hive Into my Binance account that I had to sign up and get verified first then I went Into my Binance wallet to get my address and memo copied and moved to my hive wallet and made a transfer from my hive to the address copied and in no time my money was in my Binance account.

The whole aim of this process was to purchase SAND.. so next I needed to convert my hive to BUSD first so I sold my hive for BUSD.

Next, I bought SAND just right after.

I just didn't want my Sand to be dormant that why I decided to stake my sand for 60 days
So I can proudly say I converted my Hive to invest in SAND. All thanks to HIVE and its ecosystem.

Phewww it was quite a journey I know it will be worth it at the end😁😁fingers crossed
