Reading this is funny but then I say we are human and as such, we should always expect anything because we are different with a different way of reasoning.

The is someone stake we are talking about here and not his, so whatever you choose to do with it or whatever percentage it gives shouldn't anger him. I guess he hasn't been one who struggled for an upvote before so he thinks he is entitled to a 100% upvote from the curators.

If he is so good, he should go and stake and use it as curation and see how many percent he will give. For me, I really do not have the time to go about looking for whoever and what percentage a person gives to me for my content and I am satisfied as long as I am upvoted at least better than NO upvote and also as long as I am not downvoted.

No one is entitled to any curators upvote but for me, I think they come because of the trust the curators have for our quality content. So, just stop giving because he doesn't need it, instead give it out to those who are in need of it. There is no big deal there anyway.
