When I was a young teen an elder told me the miracle of compound interest. When I got my first computer I saw the opposite in my mortgage amortization report. Savings interested dried up while tens of thousands still flew out of my hands and into the bottom lines of the banks.

I still knew that money can go to work for you though. Make a deal. Propose the preposterous.

I rented a corner of a store to set up my wares. My rent was a percentage of my sales as documented by the cash register tape. The space that I occupied was in the back of the store and the owner had only planned to wall it off as a storage room. It was a win-win deal for both of us, I got a small space and foot traffic - He didn't have to build that wall.

Ten years later, I took over the rental contract of the entire store when the owner closed up. I had bought his inventory and then run the whole thing. It is called opening your own business on a shoe-string budget.

Everything I earned went into more inventory and growth. That was the key.

Things change. That is a fact that you can always count on. I went into wall street speculation, then into direct investing on-line, but the big winning idea was mining. Mining and holding crypto has been much more lucrative than any other business I have had. Staking tokens and having them multiply as I slept has been the a very interesting proposition so far and 2021 looks promising.

Christmas: a fitting day for twenty-five kay! Image: c.pxhere.com

I mined a fair amount of coin of the bit type many years ago which has funded many other opportunities, and investments since then. This is the perfect day to see those coins becoming a Christmas miracle yet again - From $25k to the moon.

A Merry Christmas to all!
