When I read the news, the most talked about topic of the moment is: "cryptocurrencies, NFT and DeFi ", and when I see this I can only think "Holy God, a massive adoption doesn't look so far away". After the explosion of cryptocurrencies thanks to the pandemic, it is now very common to see more and more important people (like artists, millionaires, business tycoons) joining cryptocurrencies and even promoting them in order to fill the economic void that the confinement and quarantine has left.

But there are others who go a step further than just saying that they support them and put the word #bitcoin in their twitter bio, these kind of artists from another level like Akon and Jay Z, develop strategic plans to bring cryptocurrencies to more people by building a cryptocurrency or a system for excluded people to also have access to finance and technology.
And one of these artists who is also working to be one of those who does more than just talk the talk, is the memorable Terry Crews, who has joined the crypto movement, doing something beneficial for the community of artists he is a part of.
Terry along with Michael peña, have developed and launched a cryptocurrency called $POWER, an ERC-20 token based on Ethereum and the ROLL platform has been used for the launch, The idea of creating $POWER IS to revolutionize the industry, by empowering artists who have been unfairly taken advantage of by third parties such as: record labels, art galleries, agents, managers, studios, and by giving proper remuneration to these artists in a better and totally decentralized way, he also intends to be able to offer them interest free micro-credits among other things.
