Sweet and sour chicken recipe

This is from the days when we used to have a group of friends. All the friends of this group used to meet every day at one place after leaving the office in the evening.

Sitting there, we used to play card games, chess, carom, snooker etc. for some time. And sometimes all the members used to collect money and also used to have liquor parties.

A non-veg dish was also ordered from the nearby restaurant along with this liquor party, as some members did not like to drink alcohol without non-veg.

One day after the party it was decided that now the day the party will be held, some member will bring their own non-veg dish from his house.

First, my number came, I took two small chickens the next day and cut them into small pieces, then after washing these pieces thoroughly, put ginger, garlic, turmeric, salt, synthetic winger, two spoons of lemon, and a little curd. After wrapping chicken pieces in it and keep it to marinate for 2 hours.

Now in a big cooking pot on the other side, cut thick pieces of onion, capsicum, tomato and raw onion and fry them with oil on a light flame till they become pink. Mixed my marinated chicken on these fried ingredients and fried this chicken for some time, when oil started leaving from it, put tomato sauce and half a spoon of Azimo moto in it and let it cook for some time.

After about 25 minutes of cooking, a new type of sweet and sour chicken dish was ready. After packing it in a hot case, I reached the circle of friends, everyone was very happy after eating my dish. But I felt that now I will have to make this dish again and again.

But this experiment of our friends allowed us, friends, to eat more than one delicious mutton, chicken, etc. dishes after every few days and we were saved from eating non-veg made by restaurants. The dishes prepared by us were also cheap and their taste was also very different.
