13000 LEO POWER!
Yesterday I was reading @bitcoinflood's blog "T-Minus 11 Hours" and it made me realize that this month's LPUD is clashing with one the biggest event in crypto's history - ETH Merge. So cool, right? Last month's LPUD clashed with the independence day of India. Are these mere coincidences? I don't know! Maybe a divine sign from the universe? I don't know! Stacking LEO just makes sense. But first, let's talk about the merge.
Ethereum Merge
Ethereum's Proof-of-Work mainnet has officially merged with the Proof-of-Stake Beacon Chain. In simple terms, ETH is now more secure, decentralized, eco-friendly, faster, cheaper, scalable & became a deflationary asset! I hope I didn't miss anything. 🤤 This affects almost everyone in crypto, you, me, and all the anons out there.
The effects of the merge will be seen in the upcoming days, weeks, and months. Moreover, the next update to happen on Ethereum will be "sharding" that will solely focus on scalability. I don't know how many years it will take them to make it happen, but it's on highest priority items list. Will that make Ethereum the no. 1 settlement layer in the world? We have to wait to find out. Let's focus on LPUD now! 😎
13000 LEO Power
Thanks to the bear market, my LEO stake added up like crazy! I powered up around 240 LEO today and crossed the 13k mark. This month has been a little slow for me as but I am getting decent LEO rewards on the 3-5 posts I am publishing in Leo Finance community every week. They add up quickly! I am hoping that my engagement activity improves a little bit in the upcoming weeks. I have been slacking on that part which is not "me" 🤤 Rewards on comments add up way faster than rewards on posts. You can make 1 or 2 posts per day but with comments, you can do as many as you like. The 200 LEO I am getting every month for being a LEO ambassador is a great bonus for contributing to the growth and development of the platform.
I have a goal to hit 20k LEO Power by the year-end and it seems unlikely to happen as of now. My major focus has been shifted to saving for one SPS validator node license. Once that happens, I will be back to buying and powering up more LEO. But still, I am moving forward at a great pace. Just look at my LPUD streak and get jealous:
- 1st LPUD - 10k LEO POWER
- 2nd LPUD - 11k LEO POWER
- 3rd LPUD - 12k LEO POWER
- 4th LPUD - 13k LEO POWER
