They are using Proof of Brain mining aspect of Hive. So the only way to mine new tokens is to post and get upvotes. Another way is to buy new tokens off the market. ✌

@onealfa and the other whales give juicy upvotes when you create 'brainy' content and the price of the token is still doing great. :)) Really enjoying my POB stake. It has grown fast thanks to the active curators.
