Hive's system of front-ends and how blockchain content is displayed allows for the community to choose what's acceptable. The difference is that unlike Twitter deleting your content and account, it remains on the blockchain and can be displayed on an alternative front-end if that's what you or your community want to do.

The concept of free speech is complex. You can't be pro-free speech and then complain when topics outside of the box are discussed.
