While it's all good to say ignore price and just stack, you do have to ensure the tokenomics of the project that you're stacking is sustainable.

Meaning that there has to be a non-ponzi reason for people to buy the tokens that people are offloading to live off.

My saying is that price doesn't matter... yet.

But a token's equilibrium price where it is sustainable, certainly will matter eventually.

The use-case for projects that integrate a token, has to focus on finding this sustainable price point.

This is the key.
