It doesn't have to be the first sentence of the post. Sometimes is just a loose sentence I'll squeeze somewhere in the middle

Worrying about getting the exact format of your post correct can be intimidating (like intro - body - conclusion).

So just writing bits and pieces now, then worrying about structure later is a good way to overcome the anxiety.
