My biggest focus has been on getting my team profitable.

This means constantly turning over my squad and only signing players on sub 1000 RBN per match wages.

Do you have any advice on how to go about renewing contracts without seeing their wages skyrocket into the thousands?

I just can't sustain that sort of wage bill.
