Yesterday as you can see on my previous post I planned some strategy on dCity (new players be sure to connect to the Discord Server).
It was a very Big and Heavy one (investment I mean)! Still, the might volcano was around and erupted like wild nature... creating tons of cities, forming a VERY LARGE one... overtaking my strategy completely. hahahah! It was fun to just try overtaking you.

Yes, I was for a few moments, in 🥇First place! 🤣 LOL
But then the might lava came, and burped all over the place. Melting all my strategy. Still, I managed to stay in 🥉 3rd place for the second time in history (first was mister mighty), to break the 100k Population barrier! @ifunnymemes too 🤪!
The podium, just after me, was mister @d-pend and lord @dustindivitto. Both very competitive.
Along with what's probably going to be tomorrow... @starfighter might show up too.
This was a very interesting tactic...
I was not thinking to be this hard to overtake everyone, but I have not yet gave up trying. For now I will rest, evaluate, regroup, and when you least expect make my move again. Next time, you will not be able to anticipate... and I will get that so much desired 1st place!
New Strategy?
Yes... with this new push I have both bumped quite a bit the reward pool and learned a few things with it. So, I am now going to retract and find the balance to push forward farther next time.
Now that I have reached a decent amount of 2nd edition buildings, the tech cards start to be quite interesting... and easily pay off...
For example...
I just bought "Basic Automation" from @methus for 8000 SIM!
And, according to my calculations between 11 and 15 days it's payed off. Then it's 699 SIM extra per day.
I have 233 factories and they are an amazing deal to big cities because of the amount of workers they can consume, avoiding unemployment. Adding the fact they give also very good income with this tech, it makes it very desirable.
This is also a test to validate if it proves helpful to purchase techs early, therefore if until then (let's say 15 days) I don't get another one, the strategy was good. If I get one, I will likely sell it extremely low price to compensate my initial investment.
This kind of investment will be part of my hidden strategy trading on the next few days. I know there is a market for it... so I will try to grab some buckets of SIM with it.
What's next?
I am not sure if I will have time (as it has been very hard to cope with it lately). But if I can, and if it does not pose any threats to my own gaming, I will try to unveil some strategies for both beginners and bigger fish to copy or learn from.
Remember, its all about strategy! 😎

For sake of repeating myself, you know the drill already. So, I take the advantage of this unusual abundance of temporary time, to bring some stuff to my followers and general public, that I did not yet had a chance on the last couple months.
Yes, because of #covid-19 mainly... along with some other personal stuff that life does not prepare you for.
By the way @gerber, would be nice one day to see a map based strategy city feature... 😉

If you read my excitement here, you can figure out my emotion. Most of my STEEM is all in dCity, some in @splinterlands and another bit on other games and stake.
What now with STEEM? Basically, it will be a dormant account most likely. For experiementation mostly... and long term learning as usual. I know people there I still want to learn things from, despite their choices.

Be sure to check them out and depending on your game preferences, you might feel more up to one than the other, but both very interesting, both on the amazing almost "every day" developing speed news, investment options and the real fun you get with playing and engaging with the community around it.
COVID's back!
New Zealand got a bunch of infected people that decided to, "care less", plus the system failed too, to be fair and honest, so we have now 9 cases... Let's hope I don't have to go back into working from home :(
