DeFi: La Mejor Decisión para ser Dueño de Tú Dinero

Saludos, apreciados amigos de Hive Blockchain. El universo de las cadenas de bloques y más aún, las Finanzas Descentralizadas o DeFi nos ofrecen variadas alternativas para mantener y beneficiarnos del manejo personal de nuestro dinero. Me encanta la manera en que puedo controlar directamente todas mis propiedades en criptomonedas y siempre buscando las mejores alternativas, no solo de ingresos y ahorro, sino también comodidad y seguridad. Una de estas alternativas y de la cual les he hablado antes es AAVE Protocol, una genial plataforma DeFi en Blockchain, en donde podremos depositar diferentes criptomonedas, las cuales estarán trabajando para nosotros generando rendimientos a través de intereses, así como el acceso a oportunidades crediticias o préstamos de manera personal y directa, sin más limitaciones que el colateral o garantía que debemos colocar en el protocolo, una conexión a internet y el uso de una billetera compatible con el mismo. Ya les he presentado antes esta interesante plataforma, por lo que los invito a visitar estas publicaciones donde comento un poco de que se trata todo esto. Me ha gustado mucho trabajar con este protocolo de finanzas descentralizadas, ya que su uso es muy simple y sencillo. Pero esa simplicidad no le resta menos mérito al poder que nos otorga para el manejo de nuestras finanzas, en este caso, generar ganancias, ahorrar y obtener préstamos personales. Ya he solicitado un primer préstamo, el cual cancele totalmente, con apenas un interés sobre el mismo de menos del 2%. Lo que más me gusta es esa posibilidad tan única de acceder al préstamo cuando lo desees, sin necesidad de cumplir complicados requisitos o trámites engorrosos. Solo se necesita tener un colateral depositado como garantía y el cual siempre sigue siendo nuestro e incluso, si tenemos un préstamo activo, aun generar ganancias. Todo esto es fantástico.

En AAVE continuo trabajando con la moneda MATIC, la cual es la criptomoneda nativa de la red Polygon y una de mis favoritas para acumular. Hace poco tomé un nuevo préstamo para afrontar algunos gastos familiares y principalmente debido a las limitaciones presentadas con HIVE en Binance. Me pareció ideal acceder al préstamo y tomarme el tiempo para cancelar el mismo, lo cual estoy haciendo en este momento. Para ello, he comprado algo de SWAPMATIC en HiveEngine y nviado a mi billetera. Y esta es una particularidad que me parece, por lo demás, poderosa. Al mismo tiempo que mantengo dinero ahorrado, puedo tomarme la libertad de asumir algún gasto a través de un préstamo en el protocolo, teniendo la libertad de cancelarlo como mejor me convenga, sin presiones de cuotas o tiempos perentorios para asumir el compromiso. Obviamente, debo tener presente, en todo momento, mantener bajo control él Factor Salud de mi préstamo, un indicador muy útil y que, de algún modo, nos muestra en tiempo real, nuestra condición con relación al préstamo y sus obligaciones.

Hace poco tuve una conversación con un conocido que emprendió un viaje para emigrar fuera del país. Palabras más, palabras menos, le proponía manejar un concepto que quizás todos conocemos. Y esto lo planteo incluso para ustedes mismos que me leen, tal como lo hable con mi amigo. Supongan que tienen $1000 y necesitan realizar un gasto de $500. Usted va y gasta sus $500 y mantiene la diferencia en su poder. Nada del otro mundo. Ahora, suponga que usted va al banco y les propone: "Tengo aquí $1000. ¿Qué les parece si yo deposito estos $1000 en este banco y me prestan $500?" Lo más probable es que se rían de usted. Tal vez le digan: "Pero vaya y gaste los $500 y deposite los otros $500 en el banco, no sea tan tonto". Si tiene mucha suerte, puede incluso que acepten su trato. Entonces le pedirán una gran cantidad de requisitos que deberá cumplir para depositar el dinero y otros más para otorgarle un crédito o préstamo. Quizás le ofrezcan una tarjeta prepagada, la cual le permitirá obtener dinero prestado con garantía de su depósito, pero deberá, de igual manera, cumplir con todos los requisitos que le exijan y puede que en todo este proceso, el banco termine por negarle el crédito. Sin contar las veces que deberá asistir a la agencia y en el horario de atención de la misma. Toda una travesía. Mejor gasta sus $500 y mantiene la diferencia.

Ahora bien, usted puede instalar una cartera de criptomonedas en su computadora. Cambiar sus $1000 por dólares digitales o stablecoins, quizás USDT, USDC o DAI. Conectarse a AAVE, depositar sus $1000 allí y de inmediato, acceder a un préstamo hasta por el 75% de este depósito, no solo en dólares digitales, sino en cualquier otra criptomoneda. Todo esto en este preciso instante, cuando termine de leer este post, quizás más tarde o tal vez mañana. O sea, cuando usted lo desee, sin límites de horario. La cara de mi amigo, cuando le explique todo esto, no la puedo describir, solo diría que le pareció, le hablaba en otro idioma. Esta es solo una de las grandes ventajas que le veo a la Tecnología Blockchain y las Finanzas Descentralizadas. Porque un punto importante aquí es el siguiente: Cuando usted desee retirar sus $1000 del banco, puede que se encuentre con algunas trabas, quizás deba esperar, no solo a que esté abierta la agencia, sino a que el banco cumpla con todos sus protocolos y procedimientos para devolverle su dinero. Supongamos que todo fue de maravillas y al final obtuvo su dinero de vuelta. Sería perfecto. Ahora bien, y aquí les hablo solo de AAVE Protocol, pero es igual para todo lo que funcione como Finanzas Descentralizadas en cadenas de bloques. Usted es el único dueño y es quien decide como se mueve su dinero, dentro y fuera del protocolo. Esto quiere decir, que usted puede depositar y retirar su dinero del protocolo cuando lo desee. Si obtuvo ganancias, irán incluidas cuando retire. Si tiene un préstamo pendiente, puede pagarlo por completo y retirar todo su dinero o quizás, aceptar y confirmar que se descuente lo pendiente de su garantía y podrá retirar la diferencia. Sin más limitaciones que la conexión al protocolo y el pago de las comisiones que se generen, que realmente son mínimas. Esto realmente me encanta y es lo más poderoso de esta tendencia y por la cual me siento muy entusiasmado. Sin duda, ya no hay excusas para hacernos dueños de nuestro dinero y con la tecnología blockchain, podemos tener la seguridad de que tendremos experiencias liberadoras y beneficiosas. DeFi: The Best Decision to Own Your Money

The universe of Blockchain and even more, Decentralized Finance or DeFi offer us varied alternatives to maintain and benefit from the personal management of our money. I love how I can directly control all my cryptocurrency holdings and always looking for the best alternatives for income, savings, convenience, and security. One of these alternatives and of which I have spoken to you before is AAVE Protocol, a great DeFi platform on Blockchain, where we can deposit different cryptocurrencies, which will be working for us to generate returns through interest, as well as access to credit or loan opportunities in a personal and direct way, with no more limitations than the collateral or guarantee that we must place in the protocol, an internet connection and the use of a compatible wallet with the same. I have really enjoyed working with this decentralized finance protocol, as its use is very simple and straightforward. But that simplicity does not detract from the power it gives us to manage our finances, in this case, generate profits, save, and obtain personal loans. I have already applied for a first loan, which I paid off in total, with just interest on it of less than 2%. What I like the most is the unique possibility of accessing the loan whenever you want, without having to comply with complicated requirements or cumbersome procedures. You only need to have collateral deposited as a guarantee, which always remains yours and even if you have an active loan, you can even make a profit. All this is fantastic.

At AAVE I continue to work with the MATIC coin, which is the native cryptocurrency of the Polygon network and one of my favorites to accumulate. I recently took out a new loan to address some family expenses and mainly due to the limitations presented with HIVE on Binance. I found it ideal to access the loan and take the time to pay it off, which I am doing right now. To do this, I bought something from SNAPMATIC on Hive Engine and sent it to my wallet. And this is a particularity that I find otherwise powerful. At the same time that I keep money in savings, I can take the liberty to take on some expense through a loan in the protocol, having the freedom to pay it off as I see fit, with no pressure of installments or peremptory time to make the commitment. Obviously, I must keep in mind, at all times, to keep under control the Health Factor of my loan, a very useful indicator that, in a way, shows us in real-time, our condition in relation to the loan and its obligations.

Recently, I had a conversation with an acquaintance who had embarked on a journey to emigrate out of the country. More or less, I proposed he handle a concept that perhaps we are all familiar with. And I put this even to you who read me, as I discussed it with my friend. Suppose you **have $1000 and need to make an expenditure of $500. You go and spend your $500 and keep the difference in your possession. No big deal. Now, suppose you go to the bank and propose to them: "I have here $1000. How about if I deposit this $1000 in this bank and they lend me $500? " Most likely they will laugh at you. They may say: "But go ahead and spend the $500 and deposit the other $500 in the bank, don't be so silly"*. If you are very lucky, they may even take your deal. Then they will ask you for a lot of requirements that you will have to meet to deposit the money and others to give you a credit or loan. You may be offered a prepaid card, which will allow you to borrow money against your deposit, but you will still have to meet all the requirements, and the bank may end up denying you credit in the process. Not to mention the number of times you will have to go to the agency and its hours of operation. Quite a journey. Better spend your $500 and keep the difference.

Now, you can install a cryptocurrency wallet on your computer. Exchange your $1000 for digital dollars or stablecoins, maybe USDT, USDC, or DAI. Connect to AAVE, deposit your $1000 there, and immediately, access a loan for up to 75% of this deposit, not only in digital dollars but in any other cryptocurrency. All this at this very moment, when you finish reading this post, maybe later or maybe tomorrow. That is, whenever you want, with no time limits. The face of my friend, when I explained all this to him, I cannot describe it, I would only say that it seemed to him, I was talking to him in another language. This is just one of the great advantages I see to Blockchain Technology and Decentralized Finance. Because an important point here is the following: When you want to withdraw your $1000 from the bank, you may encounter some hurdles, you may have to wait, not only for the agency to be open but for the bank to comply with all its protocols and procedures to return your money. Let's say everything went smoothly and you finally got your money back. That would be perfect. Now, here I am talking to you only about AAVE Protocol, but it is the same for anything that works as Decentralized Blockchain Finance. You are the sole owner and you are the one who decides how your money moves, in and out of the protocol. This means that you can deposit and withdraw your money from the protocol whenever you want. If you made a profit, it will be included when you withdraw. If you have an outstanding loan, you can pay it in full and withdraw all your money or perhaps, accept and confirm that the outstanding amount is deducted from your collateral and you can withdraw the difference. With no limitations other than connecting to the protocol and paying any fees that are generated, which are really minimal. I really love this and it is the most powerful thing about this trend and I am very excited about it. Without a doubt, there are no more excuses to become owners of our money and with blockchain technology, we can be assured that we will have liberating and beneficial experiences.
