Adentrándome en los Reinos de PolyCub

Saludos, amigos de Hive Blockchain. Hoy me encuentro descubriendo nuevas oportunidades en nuestra gran cadena de bloques. Pienso que es bueno aprovechar los beneficios que nos pueden ofrecer los reinos de ganancias en Polycub. Me encanta la cadena de bloques de Polygon y, opino que hacen un trabajo magnífico de desarrollo de aplicaciones descentralizadas en esta blockchain. Para nuestro beneplácito, el gran equipo al frente de @leofinance, ha desarrollado con éxito Cub Finance en Binance Smart Chain y ahora ponen a nuestra disposición, su proyecto hermano Polycub en la red Polygon, lo que nos brinda una gran oportunidad que todos debemos conocer y estudiar. Aprovecho para aclarar, que este post no constituye ninguna asesoría financiera, ni debe ser tomado como un consejo de inversión. Les presento mis actividades para adentrarme en este reino y tratar de obtener un beneficio, por lo que te invito a que hagas tu propia investigación.

Entering the Kingdoms of PolyCub

Greetings, Hive Blockchain friends. Today I find myself discovering new opportunities on our great blockchain. I think it's good to take advantage of the benefits that the profit realms at Polycub can offer us. I love the [Polygon] blockchain(https://polygon.technology/) and, I am of the opinion that they do a superb job of developing decentralized applications on this blockchain. To our delight, the great team at the helm of @leofinance has successfully developed Cub Finance on Binance Smart Chain and now they make available to us, their sister project Polycub on the Polygon network, which gives us a great opportunity that we all should know and study. I take this opportunity to clarify that this post does not constitute any financial advice, nor should it be taken as investment advice. I present my activities to enter this realm and try to make a profit, so I invite you to do your own research.

Primero, debemos entender que es PolyCub. Se trata de una plataforma de optimización de rendimientos, que ha sido desarrollada por el equipo de trabajo de Leofinance. Este es un proyecto construido en la cadena de bloques Polygon y que brinda la oportunidad a los usuarios, de obtener rendimientos de sus criptomonedas apostadas en sus piscinas de liquidez. Aunque puede resultar confuso al principio, realmente se trata de obtener rendimientos de nuestras monedas apostadas en la plataforma, además del Token POLYCUB. Se debe tener claro que son inversiones de cierto riesgo que se deben conocer, lo cual es de vital importancia al momento de decidir entrar a la plataforma. Te invito, de todos modos, a que revises toda la documentación e información del proyecto, la cual está disponible a través de este enlace.

First, we must understand what PolyCub is. It is a yield optimization platform, which has been developed by the Leofinance team. This is a project built on the Polygon blockchain and provides the opportunity for users, to earn returns on their cryptocurrencies staked in their liquidity pools. Although it may be confusing at first, it is really about getting returns from our coins wagered on the platform, in addition to the POLYCUB token. It should be clear that these are investments of certain risk that must be known, which is of vital importance when deciding to enter the platform. I invite you, however, to review all the documentation and information on the project, which is available at through this link.

Después de hacer tu investigación y entender un poco mejor de que se trata el proyecto, es hora de aportar liquidez al protocolo. Para ello, tenemos a nuestra disposición, diferentes piscinas de liquidez como POLYCUB/USDC, POLYCUB/WETH, pLEO/WMATIC, pHBD/USDC, pHIVE/POLYCUB y recientemente añadido pSPS/POLYCUB. En mi caso, he decidido entrar en la piscina pLEO/WMATIC, por lo que deberé conseguir el token correspondientes. Estos son versiones envueltas de las monedas LEO de @leofinace y MATIC de la red Polygon. Para el caso de pLEO, existe el puente de envoltura LEO-pLEO desarrollado por LeoFinance y para lo cual deberás dirigirte al sitio web Wleo.io. Te recomiendo, en primer lugar, agregar el token pLEO a tu billetera MetaMask. En mi caso, estoy usando mi Billetera de Criptomonedas de Brave, pero en general, el proceso es el mismo. Para ello, ve a la opción Contract. En la página que se te abre, copia la dirección del contrato que te marco en la imagen y en la opción de Agregar Token de tu billetera, pégala en el campo correspondiente en tu billetera, asígnale el nombre pLEO y como decimales agrega "3". Después que hayas agregado el token, podrás envolver tu token LEO en pLEO, colocando en la casilla correspondiente tu dirección de la billetera en Polygon*.

After doing your research and understanding a little better what the project is about, it is time to bring liquidity to the protocol. For this, we have at our disposal, different liquidity pools such as POLYCUB/USDC, POLYCUB/WETH, pLEO/WMATIC, pHBD/USDC, pHIVE/POLYCUB, and recently added pSPS/POLYCUB. In my case, I have decided to enter the pLEO/WMATIC pool, so I will have to get the corresponding token. These are wrapped versions of the LEO coins from @leofinace and MATIC from the Polygon network. For the case of pLEO, there is the LEO-pLEO wrapper bridge developed by LeoFinance and for which you will need to go to the Wleo.io website. I recommend you, first of all, add the pLEO token to your MetaMask wallet. In my case, I'm using my Brave Cryptocurrency Wallet, but in general, the process is the same. To do this, go to the Contract option. On the page that opens, copy the address of the contract that I mark in the image, and in the Add Token option of your wallet, paste it into the corresponding field in your wallet, assign it the name pLEO, and as decimals add "3". After you have added the token, you can wrap your LEO token in pLEO, by placing in the corresponding box your wallet address in Polygon.

Un proceso similar se debe seguir para agregar el token WMATIC. Para esto, ve a la página de CoinMarketCap aquí. Una vez allí, puedes hacer click donde te indico y se abrirá tu billetera MetaMask con la opción y la información para agregar el token, por lo que deberás aceptar para validar dicho operación y al finalizar, tendrás tanto MATIC como WMATIC en tu billetera.

A similar process must be followed to add the WMATIC token. To do this, go to the CoinMarketCap page here. Once there, you can click where I indicate and your MetaMask wallet will open with the option and information to add the token, so you must accept to validate the operation and at the end, you will have both MATIC and WMATIC in your wallet.

Es hora de enviar el token a tu billetera. Para pLEO, ve al puente de envoltura de WLeo.io aquí. Pega en el campo correspondiente, tu dirección de billetera Polygon y click en Submit. En la ventana siguiente coloca tu usuario de Hive, acepta la cantidad que vas a recibir como LEO envuelto y autoriza la transacción con tu HiveKeychain. Deberás esperar un tiempo prudencial para que se haga efectiva la transferencia y puedas ver los pLEO en tu billetera.

It's time to send the token to your wallet. For pLEO, go to the WLeo.io wrapper bridge here. Paste in the corresponding field, your Polygon wallet address and click Submit. In the next window enter your Hive username, accept the amount you are going to receive as LEO wrapped, and authorize the transaction with your HiveKeychain. You will have to wait a reasonable time for the transfer to become effective and you will be able to see the pLEO in your wallet.

Para obtener el WMATIC, es tan sencillo como ir a SushiSwap aqui. Luego ve a la opción Trade, selecciona Swap y allí selecciona el intercambio por WMATIC, coloca la cantidad, autoriza y acepta la transacción y las comisiones correspondientes, e inmediatamente tendrás tu token en tu billetera. Puedes comprar SWAPMATIC en HiveEngine, transferirlos a tu billetera en Polygon muy fácilmente y recibir tus MATIC en cuestión de segundos a muy bajo costo.

To get the WMATIC, it is as simple as going to SushiSwap here. Then go to the Trade option, select Swap and there select the exchange for WMATIC, enter the amount, authorize and accept the transaction and the corresponding commissions, and you will immediately have your token in your wallet. You can buy SWAPMATIC in HiveEngine, transfer them to your wallet in Polygon very easily and receive your WMATIC in a matter of seconds at very low cost.

Una vez tengas tu token disponible en tu billetera, es el momento de adentrarnos en los reinos de *PolyCub. Una vez en sitio web del protocolo, conectaremos nuestra billetera y haremos click en la opción Details de la piscina que nos interesa, en mi caso, pLEO/WMATIC. Luego haremos click donde dice Get pLEO/WMATIC y se nos abrirá la ventana de la aplicación SushiSwap.

Once you have your token available in your wallet, it's time to enter the realms of *PolyCub. Once on the protocol website, we will connect our wallet and click on the Details option of the pool we are interested in, in my case, pLEO/WMATIC. Then click on Get pLEO/WMATIC and the SushiSwap application window will open.

En la página de SushiSwap, debemos Aprobar el token correspondientes que agregaremos a la piscina, autorizando en nuestra billetera, primero la aprobación de el token y luego en el botón Add Liquidity que se nos abrirá luego de aprobar. Finalizado este proceso, regresaremos a PolyCub.

In the SushiSwap page, we must Approve the corresponding token that we will add to the pool, authorizing in our wallet, first the approval of the token and then in the Add Liquidity button that will open after approving. Once this process is finished, we will return to PolyCub.

Una vez de regreso en PolyCub, primero, habilitaremos el Stake de nuestro token, dando click en Enable. Seguidamente, aparece este mismo como Stake LP y al pulsarlo, se abrirá un cuadro donde confirmaremos el stake, colocando MAX para todo el saldo que tengamos de esos tókenes o colocando la cantidad que deseas aportar como liquidez. Deberás autorizar en tu billetera la transacción y al finalizar, estarás oficialmente cultivando ganancias en PolyCub con tu token apostado. El número que aparece a la derecha, es el porcentaje de participación en la piscina y en mi caso, es muy pequeño en este inicio, pero espero ir incrementando esta cantidad con el tiempo.

Once back in PolyCub, first, we will enable the Stake of our token, clicking on Enable. Next, it appears as Stake LP and when you click on it, a box will open where we will confirm the stake, placing MAX for all the balance we have of those tokens or placing the amount you want to contribute as liquidity. You will have to authorize in your wallet the transaction and at the end, you will be officially growing profits in PolyCub with your wagered token. The number that appears on the right, is the percentage of participation in the pool and in my case, it is very small at the beginning, but I hope to increase this amount over time.

Aportar liquidez a las piscinas de rendimiento, en este caso, en PolyCub, es una de las maneras más efectivas y fáciles de obtener un ingreso pasivo con nuestras criptomonedas. Se debe tener presente que, como cualquier otra inversión, conlleva ciertos riesgos que es importante conocer y entender. Este es un aspecto que no se debe tomar a la ligera y mi recomendación principal, es que nos eduquemos en este tema de las DeFi, a fin de tomar buenas decisiones con nuestro dinero. Ratifico mi intención de mostrar en esta publicación, una forma entretenida y educativa de adentrarse en este mundo de las DeFi y no debe tomarse todo lo expresado aquí, como un consejo de inversión o asesoría financiera. Bringing liquidity to performance pools, in this case, in PolyCub, is one of the most effective and easiest ways to earn passive income with our cryptocurrencies. It should be kept in mind that, like any other investment, it carries certain risks that are important to know and understand.
