Saludos de nuevo apreciada Comunidad Hive Blockchain y @leofinance. Me he integrado a una iniciativa por demás interesante, convocada por la amiga @mayvil de la comunidad @mayvileros y que en mi opinión, es una buena oportunidad para mostrar el compromiso, la solidaridad y el aprecio que le tenemos, no solo a este estupendo proyecto, sino y principalmente, a la gente que en definitiva, somos los que construimos esta gran Blockchain.

Greetings again dear Hive Blockchain Community and @leofinance. I have joined a very interesting initiative, convened by my friend @mayvil from the @mayvileros community, and in my opinion, it is a good opportunity to show the commitment, solidarity, and appreciation we have, not only to this great project but mainly to the people who ultimately, we are the ones who build this great Blockchain.

Cada poblicación que se crea en Hive, lleva inserta en su estructura la esencia primordial de quien la crea, que expresa no solo sus ideas y pensamientos, también lleva implícita su anhelo de crecer, prosperar, ser útil y ser reconocido. Y ese reconocimiento, en gran medida, se ve reflejado en su poder de influencia dentro de esta Blockchain. Una influencia que se ha construido desde cero y que implica el esfuerzo, la dedicación, el trabajo, compromiso y amor a este magnífico proyecto. Y en esta iniciativa considero yo, podemos mostrar el reconocimiento a quienes con su estupendo y dedicado trabajo se han ganado este importante poder de influencia.

Each publication that is created in Hive has inserted in its structure, the primordial essence of the person who creates it, which expresses not only his ideas and thoughts, but also implicitly carries his desire to grow, prosper, be useful, and be recognized. And that recognition, to a large extent, is reflected in its power of influence within this Blockchain. An influence that has been built from scratch and that involves effort, dedication, work, commitment, and love for this magnificent project. And in this initiative, I believe we can show recognition to those who with their great and dedicated work has earned this important power of influence.

Pero, ¿de que trata la iniciativa? Esta se centra en responder desde tu perspectiva, 10 preguntas referentes a esas personas de gran influencia dentro de Hive y que conocemos como ballenas. Estas son las 10 preguntas:

1. ¿Tienes una ballena Favorita? Si la respuesta es positiva explica el porqué.
2. ¿Si pudieras ser una ballena, que sería lo primero que harías?
3. ¿Siendo una ballena, apoyarías alguna comunidad o proyecto dentro de la Blockchain o solo apoyarías a los usuarios que crean contenido a diario?
4. ¿Cuáles son los usuarios que consideras que son los próximos delfines dentro de nuestra Blockchain?
5. ¿Te gustaría formar parte de algún proyecto o comunidad? Si la respuesta es positiva, explica el porqué.
6. ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de Hive para crear contenido constantemente?
7. ¿Tienes algún consejo para las ballenas actuales o futuras ballenas?
8. Menciona esos proyectos que más te apoyan y cuéntanos que es lo que más te gusta de todo lo que hacen.
9. Si no estuviésemos en pandemia ¿te gustaría participar en algún Meetup dentro de tu ciudad o país actual?

But what is the initiative about? It focuses on answering, from your perspective, 10 questions regarding those highly influential people within Hive that we know as whales. These are the 10 questions:

1. Do you have a favorite whale? If yes, explain why.
2. If you could be a whale, what would be the first thing you would do?
3. If you were a whale, would you support any community or project within the Blockchain or would you only support users who create content on a daily basis?
4. Which users do you consider to be the next dolphins in our Blockchain?
5. Would you like to be part of any project or community? If the answer is yes, explain why.
6. What do you like most about Hive to constantly create content?
7. Do you have any advice for current or future whales?
8. Mention those projects that support you the most and tell us what you like the most about what they do.
9. If we were not in a pandemic, would you like to participate in a Meetup in your current city or country?
10. Take a picture of yourself indicating a number from 0 to 10 to participate in the raffle that we are going to do next June 10th. (The winner will receive the transfer of the prize with the information in the memo).

Bueno y acá van mis respuestas a estas interrogantes:

1.- ¿Tienes una ballena Favorita? Si la respuesta es positiva explica el porqué.

Creo que en esta gran Blockchain, decidirse por una ballena favorita es algo complicado. Todas son excelentes y magnificas personas. Pero si me piden una favorita, en definitiva es @theycallmedan, por su gran y constante apoyo a la comunidad hispana. También aprecio en gran medida y son de mi preferencia @blocktrades, @ocd, @brittandjosie y @onealfa.

Well, here are my answers to these questions:

1.- Do you have a favorite whale? If the answer is yes, explain why.

I think that in this great Blockchain, deciding on a favorite whale is complicated. All of them are excellent and magnificent people. But if you ask me for a favorite, it is definitely @theycallmedan, for his great and constant support to the Hispanic community. I also greatly appreciate and prefer @blocktrades, @ocd, @brittandjosie, and @onealfa.

2.- ¿Si pudieras ser una ballena, que sería lo primero que harías?

Esto es una gran aspiración en esta Blockchain y de llegar a ser una ballena, me dedicaría sobre todo, a hacer llegar el apoyo a los más pequeños en influencia, un apoyo que sea lo más cercano y directo posible, sobre todo con los que inician y acompañarlos hasta que logren encaminarse con seguridad dentro de Hive.

2.- If you could be a whale, what would be the first thing you would do?

This is a great aspiration in this Blockchain and if I became a whale, I would dedicate myself above all, to support the smallest in influence, a support that is as close and direct as possible, especially with those people who start here and I would be helping them until they manage to develop safely within Hive.

3.- ¿Siendo una ballena, apoyarías a alguna comunidad o proyecto dentro de la blockchain o solo apoyarías a los usuarios que crean contenido a diario?

El ser una ballena te permite múltiples maneras de ayudar. Tendría que apoyarme sin duda en muchas comunidades, pero inculcando la visión de que el apoyo sé dé a las personas lo más directo posible y de manera individual. Claro esta, que aunque se torne un poco complicado, estoy seguro de que me dedicaría mucho como ballena, a apoyar directamente a muchísimos usuarios de manera individual.

3.- Being a whale, would you support any community or project within the blockchain or would you only support users who create content on a daily basis?

Being a whale allows you multiple ways to help. I would certainly have to support many communities, but instilling the vision that the support is given to people as directly as possible and individually. Of course, even if it gets a little complicated, I am sure that I would dedicate myself as a whale to directly support a lot of individual users.

4 ¿Cuáles son los usuarios que consideras que son los próximos delfines dentro de nuestra Blockchain?

Tenemos muchos usuarios que se destacan por su contribución y apoyo a los demás dentro de esta red. Pienso que pronto tendremos dentro de esta categoría a @amandaj, @miguelmederico, @miriannalis, @alarconr22.arte, @carlagonz, @elizabeths14, @regenerette, @yonnathang y @boycharlieplays.

4 Which users do you consider being the next dolphins within our Blockchain?

We have many users who stand out for their contribution and support to others within this network. I think we will soon have within this category @amandaj, @miguelmederico, @miriannalis, @alarconr22.arte, @carlagonz, @elizabeths14, @regenerette, @yonnathang, and @boycharlieplays.

5.- ¿Te gustaría formar parte de algún proyecto o comunidad? Si la respuesta es positiva explica el porqué.

Me encantaría formar parte de muchos proyectos y comunidades. Aunque participo de muchas actividades de @votovzla, @hispapro, @hivemexico, @Palnet, @laradio, @fuerza-hispana y @elcomentador creo que hace falta la presencia de Hivers nuevos, nacidos del nacimiento de Hive como tal. Esto en ningún momento quiere decir que se desmerece el trabajo que realizan los que construyen esta red desde incluso antes del génesis por la bifurcación, pero si se hace necesario la inclusión de nuevos rostros dentro de todas las comunidades.

5.- Would you like to be part of a project or community? If the answer is yes, please explain why.

I would love to be part of many projects and communities. Although I participate in many activities of @votovzla, @hispapro, @hivemexico, @Palnet, @laradio, @fuerza-hispana, and @elcomentador, I think that there is a lack of new Hivers, born from the birth of Hive as such. This does not mean that the work done by those who have been building this network since even before the genesis of the bifurcation is demerited, but it is necessary to include new faces within all the communities.

6.- ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de Hive para crear contenido constantemente?

Me encanta la amplitud de temas, la gran variedad de ideas que nos brinda la Blockchain. El poder disponer de variadas interfaces para publicar como @HiveBlog, @leofinance, @peakd, @ecensy, @wearealive, @proofofbrain, @naturalmedicine y muchos otros, te dan la oportunidad de explotar tu cretividad de mil maneras. Eso es fascinante para mi.

6.- What do you like the most about Hive to constantly create content?

I love the breadth of topics, the wide variety of ideas that Blockchain gives us. Being able to have varied frontends to publish like @HiveBlog, @leofinance, @peakd, @ecensy, @wearealive, @proofofbrain, @naturalmedicine, and many others, gives you the opportunity to exploit your creativity in a thousand ways. That's fascinating to me.

7.- ¿Tienes algún consejo para las ballenas actuales o futuras ballenas?

Que se mantengan abiertos a todos los que hacemos vida en esta Blockchain, por muy pequeño que este sea. Ocurre que muchas veces, algunas personas pierden el rumbo cuando alcanzan cierto nivel de poder y si tienen un papel de intermediarios. desvían su función y los que están arriba pierden el contacto con los de abajo. Mi consejo es que se cuiden siempre de esto y nunca pierdan el contacto directo con los que estamos bien abajo.

7.- Do you have any advice for current or future whales?

I would tell them to stay open to all of us who make life in this Blockchain, no matter how small it is. It happens that many times, some people lose their way when they reach a certain level of power and if they have an intermediary role, they lose their function and those at the top lose contact with those at the bottom. My advice is to always be careful of this and never lose direct contact with those of us at the bottom.

8.- Menciona esos proyectos que más te apoyan y cuéntanos que es lo que más te gusta de todo lo que hacen.

Los mencioné algunos anteriormente y son @laradio, @elcomentador, @votovzla, @hispapro, @Palnet y @hivemexico. Me encanta el nivel de soporte, compañerismo y conexión que se siente en cada uno de ellos y en cada actividad donde nos encontramos. También incluyo a proyectos que nos apoya en todo momento como @aliento, @erarium, @smi-le, @theterminal y @wearealive. Además, al unirme a las plataformas @risingStar y @CryptoBrewMaster sumo crecimiento dentro este gran ecosistema descentralizado.

8.- Mention those projects that support you the most and tell us what you like the most about what they do.

I mentioned some of the above and they are @laradio, @elcomentador, @votovzla, @hispapro, @Palnet, and @hivemexico. I love the level of support, camaraderie, and connection that is felt in each of them and in every activity where we meet. I also include projects that support us at all times, such as @aliento, @erarium, @smi-le, @theterminal and @wearealive. In addition, by joining the @risingStar and @CryptoBrewMaster platforms I add growth within this great decentralized ecosystem.

9.- Si no estuviésemos en pandemia, te gustaría participar en algún Meetup dentro de tu ciudad o país actual?

Disfrute en gran medida el último MeetUp que se realizó en Discord con la comunidad hispana por el primer aniversario de Hive. Y me encantaría participar en una actividad como esta que sea presencial. Existen limitantes, no solo por lo de la pandemia, pero sería grandioso y maravilloso poder conectar directamente con todos los amigos de Hive.

9.- If we were not in a pandemic, would you like to participate in a Meetup in your current city or country?

I really enjoyed the last MeetUp that was held in Discord with the Hispanic community for the first anniversary of Hive. And I would love to participate in an activity like this that is face-to-face. There are limitations, not only because of the pandemic, but it would be great and wonderful to be able to connect directly with all Hive friends.
