On one occasion I have heard people say "In that business the products are more expensive but I choose to go there because they serve me better than in other places", the fact that an employee treats the customer in a special way makes a big difference and it shows. Now I ask YOU, do you know how to treat customers? We can learn together how is the correct way to treat our customers and it is through the following publications that we will learn how to do it.
We must start from a reality that is common to all: Any business owner, professional, manager, business owner, etc., must know that the basis of the business is NOT only the product, it is the service and the brand that supports everything else. .
Learning a protocol of how to treat the client can make the difference between obtaining the success we want.

En una ocasión he escuchado decir "En ese negocio los producto cuestan más caro pero elijo ir allí porque me atienden mejor que en otros lugares", el hecho de un empleado trate de manera especial al cliente marca la gran diferencia y se nota. Ahora te pregunto a TI ¿Sabes como tratar a los clientes?, podemos aprender juntos como es la manera correcta de tratar a nuestros clientes y es a lo largo de las siguiente publicaciones que aprenderemos como hacerlo.
Debemos partir de una realidad que es común a todos: Cualquier dueño de empresa, profesional, gerente, dueño de negocio, etc, debe saber que la base del negocio NO es solamente el producto, es el servicio y la marca que respalda todo lo demás.
Aprender un protocolo de cómo tratar al cliente puede hacer la diferencia entre obtener el éxito que deseamos.
