Most successful entrepreneurs endure long term pain, a lesson for the upcoming generation of entrepreneurs.
In this era where people are massively losing their jobs, a lot of smart entrepreneurs are also getting into the market place, people are getting more awakened about what the life of an entrepreneur really is and they are picking up their bags to join the train.
However, we have people who are trying to join these train but do not know what it really means to be a part of the train and from what I have learnt from the people who have gone deep into the entrepreneurial train, they usually say that one very important quality that successful entrepreneurs must get is in the ability to endure pain.
Pain is a thing that a large number of people want to run away from, personally I do not like to go through pains and if there is any GOOD way to avoid pain, trust me when I say I will be among the first persons to avoid it, but if you are joining the entrepreneurial train then you need to be ready to endure pain and sometimes this pain do not occur for only a short time, it sometimes extends to a long time course.
The entrepreneurial train will sometimes have the members of your family turn their backs on you, it might make your friends make fun of you and some other things that could make you feel extremely sad will definitely show up during your journey as an entrepreneur. The glories of entrepreneurship is most often what we have displayed all over media but most often it takes careful observance to understand what these entrepreneurs really go through on the inside.
The most unfortunate thing about majority of the entrepreneurs we have in our generation is that most of them are not learning to create their own path instead they just look for a path that appears very luxurious and rewarding and jump right into it. Real entrepreneurs seek to solve an existing problem and most often have to create a path that will help them get their dreams achieved which will most likely require sacrifices and great endurance and not just jumping right into luxury from the very beginning.-
When they finally jump into it, they realize it is not as easy as they thought it would be and then certainly they back out and flee because they just realized the path isn’t rosy. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT EASY BUT IT IS SURELY ACHIEVABLE.
