In my opinion, Hive needs more applications like Splinterlands.

I agree. And other types too. Leofinance can also be an existing example, and once it releases project-blank, probably even more.

In this regard, however, much more work needs to be done to Hive to address the scalability issue prior to embarking on a growth pattern in gaming. The blockchain should not be permitted to collapse under its added new weight of gaming, especially if the new gaming is as successful as Spliterlands.

I believe Splinterlands leading experience will be very useful to find some of the bottlenecks that weren't anticipated before.
