Did you remember the days when you were told to go to school, get a degree, get a job and start working in an office. In fact, your parents were concerned about the way you woul dress to the office and everyone around will see you going to work?

Although, a lot of people loved this method of work and were proud of it but then the pandemic came, businesses stopped working and gigs became the new employees. With Gigs, things changed and companies stopped employing workers based on degree but rather based on experience and speed to deliver.

The pandemic brought so many companies both startups and large corporation to an understanding that outsourcing work to people for a cheaper amount an quick delivery of task and more productivity.

Unlike a year ago, people can work from home and there are a lot of people who do not even want to go to the office. There are currently the new rich in our economy and this new rich now work from hope and they are able to get people to work for them.

Working remotely will actually improve the income of a lot of people, saving them from the time and money spent commuting from home to work. In fact, a lot of people have their highest mile in a year to be their journey from home to work. A lot of people are also very productive working from home but then there are a little hickups with working remotely like not working full hours, or working overtime and not being productive.

With virtual teams, there can be so many difficulty like cultural differences, working together as a virtual team, and so on. Although, it is still a little complex with working from home but it is certain that in 5 years, a lot of work will be done from home.
