How I Moved My ListNerds Rep from 25 to 100 in 6 Days
I Was Frustrated
When I first started using Listnerds I really was very frustrated. The reason for this frustration was that I was using the platform incorrectly. Back in the day, Listnerds was a safe mailer with an all marketer membership. Having success with the platform was as easy as making a personalized LCP and filling the auto mailer with your daily emails going out to their memberships Gmail inboxes.
I had that same type of sales mechanism, so imagine my surprise when my emails were getting downvoted. Since Listnerds has been redesigned for the Hive Blockchain, upvotes and downvotes give and remove the ability to collect rewards for your outgoing mails. My mails were not working regardless of how good the sales copy was.

What I was doing was not working so I had to come up with a better way. I watched some of the live stream videos that Jon and Blain put out talking about what Listnerds is changing into. Treating Listnerds like a marketing safe mailer is a mistake because it is not that.
Listnerds has become a content discovery platform and the members with voting power have made this change. I believe this to mainly be due to the members of the Hive BlockChain. Hive members do not want to be inundated with advertisements, they want content.
Ever Hear Content is King?
The early days of internet marketing are also the early days of the world wide web. The content did not really need to be all that good because the majority of web pages were those written by just regular people like you and me. If you blogged daily and did some promoting, you could make a good amount of sales.
Now content has to be of a higher quality. YouTube is a multi-billion dollar content delivery system, with advertising to generate income. Saying content is King is a massive understatement. For the various communities on Hive, they want targeted content. CTPTalk and LeoFinance members want quality content about our business-building journey or our crypto market experiences.
My Secret for ListNerds Success
Easy. Either promote your own or someone else's Hive Blog. Have enough CTP staked to allow you to vote on others’ mails. Send as many mails as your membership allows. Read, vote, and comment on other members’ Listnerds content.
Content is a much better word than mail. I say this because now that Listnerds is being used for content writing the mails are basically an introduction to their post. Basically, if you send, read, and vote as close to daily as you can manage, your reputation will begin to climb. You can match your reputation score to the amount of time and effort you give to Listnerds.

I should have said since I have been using Listnerds properly, I have received more engagement and upvotes on my Hive Blog, ListNerds tokens, and some new friends.
