Bitcoin is a digital financial asset and at the same time, a decentralized network, that is, it is not regulated by any bank or government, but by the same users of the same voluntarily, through computers distributed around the world, and unlike traditional currencies is deflationary, since there will only be a limited amount of bitcoins, exactly 21 million of them.

Bitcoin works through a technology called Blockchain, this is a kind of ledger where the records of network transactions are kept. But in a completely anonymous way, since, for each transaction is saved the address that sends, the address that receives, amount of Bitcoin transferred and the date and time, but are not linked to any name or identification, and it is also public, so anyone can enter and see the record as much as they want.

To add pages to this ledger that we call Blockchain, it is necessary to fulfill a mathematical algorithm, and the only way to solve it is by brute force, that is, trying combinations of random numbers one after another, until you get the right one, and the first person who gets it will get a reward, that reward is Bitcoin that was not in circulation, so we could say that Bitcoin has been created, this process is known as Mining, and these people who get it are called miners.
Para agregar páginas a este libro contable que llamamos Blockchain, se necesita cumplir un algoritmo matemático, y la única forma de resolverlo es mediante fuerza bruta, es decir, probando combinaciones de números al azar uno tras otro, hasta llegar al correcto, y la primera persona que lo consiga se llevará una recompensa, esta recompensa es Bitcoin que no estaba en circulación, por lo que podríamos decir que se ha creado Bitcoin, a este proceso se le conoce como Minería, y a estas personas que lo consiguen se les llama mineros.
The difficulty of this algorithm varies automatically according to the number of miners mining so that it always takes about 10 minutes or so to mine each block. The current reward for miners is 6.25 BTC per block, and this decreases by half every 210,000 blocks, about 4 years approximately, in 2012 a miner earned 50 BTC per block, which means that the last bitcoin will be mined around the year 2140.
La dificultad de este algoritmo va variando automáticamente según la cantidad de mineros minando para que siempre se tarde unos 10 minutos más o menos en minarse cada bloque. La recompensa actual de los mineros es de 6.25 BTC por bloque, y esta se va disminuyendo a la mitad cada 210.000 bloques, unos 4 años aproximadamente, en 2012 un minero ganaba 50 BTC por bloque, lo que quiero decir que el último bitcoin será minado cerca del año 2140.

The safest method is through exchanges, which are nothing more than cryptocurrency exchange houses, where you can buy and sell the cryptocurrency you want, of course, including Bitcoin. There are two types: Centralized exchanges such as Binance, Huobi or Kraken, and decentralized exchanges or DEX as they are also called such as Uniswap, Pancakeswap or Anyswap; The difference is that a centralized exchange works similar to a traditional bank, you keep your money there and you can make transactions within it, while a decentralized exchange works without intermediaries, directly between the same users, and there is no need to deposit our coins in any account of a third party, that is, the whole process occurs within our own portfolio and we always maintain control over them.
El método más seguro es a través de exchanges, que no son más que casas de cambio de criptomonedas, allí puedes comprar y vender la criptomonedas que quieras, por supuesto, entre ellas, Bitcoin. Existen dos tipos: Los exchanges centralizados como Binance, Huobi o Kraken, y los exchanges descentralizados o DEX como se les dice también como Uniswap, Pancakeswap o Anyswap; la diferencia es que un Exchange centralizado funciona de forma similar a un banco tradicional, guardas tu dinero allí y puedes hacer transacciones dentro de ella, mientras que un exchange descentralizado funciona sin intermediarios, directamente entre los mismos usuarios, y no hay necesidad de depositar nuestras monedas en ninguna cuenta de un tercero, es decir, todo el proceso ocurre dentro de nuestra misma cartera y siempre mantenemos el control sobre ellos.
As I mentioned before, there is not only Bitcoin, but there are millions of cryptocurrencies, of course, not all of them are as useful or popular as others, among them we have ETH, BNB, ADA, LTC, DOT, MATIC and many others. Ethereum and Binance Coin, besides being cryptocurrencies, are networks with infinite uses, since thanks to smart contracts, applications, websites, systems, or even games can be developed within them. In fact, the DEX that I mentioned before are nothing more than smart contracts that work within these networks.
Como les comenté antes, no solo existe Bitcoin, sino que existen millones de criptomonedas, claro, no todas son tan útiles ni populares como otras, entre ellas tenemos ETH, BNB, ADA, LTC, DOT, MATIC entre muchas otras. Ethereum y Binance Coin, además de ser criptomonedas, son redes con infinidad de usos, ya que gracias a los contratos inteligentes se pueden desarrollar aplicaciones, webs, sistemas, o incluso juegos dentro de ellas. De hecho, los DEX que les nombré antes no son más que contratos inteligentes que funcionan dentro de estas redes.
