Very interesting. Like you I expected Rent Golem to outperform SplinteRents. But they do seem to be constantly tinkering with things and I've often wondered whether that's not the best approach there are some many changes in SL at the moment.
I certainly don't get anywhere near the level of returns reported in Discord since I have a lot of Alpha and Beta cards and they don't seem to rent as well generally.
