That's a great reality check! 

A card that has been used in the last 15 days is considered to be active.

Since I have relatively few cards, so each one possible is used each season, it makes no difference what I plant where (at least from the crop power point of view). As long as I play every card, which I do, I can't improve on that anyway.

I was thinking it related to cards played on a daily basis, rather than per season.
