2020's DeFi are the 2017's ICOs / DeFi de 2020 son las ICO del 2017

A news that has been in the mouth of many analysts has been the significant increase in the price of tokens associated with the DeFi (Decentralized Finance) as Chainlink, Tezos or Aeve (there are more), whose price in USD has increased by more than 100% in a short time in some cases and exceeding the 4 figures in others.
Seeing this type of growth in a short time, as in the case of Compound who just started in June, we can remember the time of the ICO in 2017, which at that time referred to the birth of projects that today are Ethereum's ERC-20.
There are several things we have to keep in mind when we see this kind of important growth.
The first thing is that it will not go unnoticed, because its increase has already been catalogued as a "bubble" by some analysts, which tells us that it may already be in the sights of many people in order to take advantage of this FOMO in DeFi. For example in case of hacking to their platforms or in the creation of new tokens that claim to be "the next Ethereum or Bitcoin".
In addition to this we should expect that in a few months (if this situation of rising token prices continues), countries will start to make regulations (as in the case of the ICO before).
The second thing is that this increase in the popularity of DeFI tokens may increase the popularity of Ethereum, so as in 2017, we may see a significant increase in the price of Eth, although I personally think that this rise will occur anyway as we know the massive adoption of crypto by small institutions and investors.
I can't stop feeling "deja vu" with regard to DeFi, remembering how the situation was in 2017 with ICO.

Una noticia que ha estado en la boca de muchos analistas ha sido el aumento importante en el precio de los tokens asociados al DeFi (Finanzas Descenralizadas) como Chainlink, Tezos o Aeve (hay mas), cuya cotización en USD ha aumentado en más de 100% en poco tiempo en algunos casos y superando las 4 cifras en otros.
Viendo este tipo de crecimiento en un corto tiempo, tal como en el caso de Compound quien apenas salió en Junio, podemos recordar el tiempo de las ICO en el 2017, que en aquel momento se referían al nacimiento de proyectos que hoy en dia son ERC-20 de Ethereum.
Hay varias cosas que tenemos que tener en cuenta cuando vemos este tipo de crecimiento tan importante.
Lo primero es que no va a pasar desapercibido, porque ya su aumento ha sido catalogado como “burbuja” por algunos analistas, lo que nos dice que ya puede estar en la mira de muchas personas para poder sacar provecho de este FOMO en DeFi. Por ejemplo en caso de hacking a sus plataformas o en la creación de nuevas tokens que alegaran ser “el próximo Ethereum o Bitcoin”.
Además de esto deberíamos esperar que en unos meses (de continuar esta situación de aumento en el precio de los tokens), que comiencen a realizar regulaciones en varios países (tal como en el caso de las ICO en su momento).
Lo segundo es que este aumento en la popularidad de los token DeFI puede aumentar la popularidad de Ethereum, por lo que al igual que en el 2017, podremos ver un aumento importante en la cotización de Eth, aunque yo personalmente pienso que esta subida va a ocurrir de todas maneras al conocer la adopción masiva de las criptos por parte de las instituciones e inversores pequeños.
No puedo dejar de tener la sensación de “deja vu” con respecto al DeFi, recordando cómo fue la situación en el 2017.
