If there is a feeling that we all have, it is the frustration that we can feel when we do not have the result we want, and this can occur to a greater or lesser extent, and each person can handle it better or worse, but we all get frustrated at some point and it is normal.

This frustration can lead us to do things that can give us worse results and that are represented in revenge behavior, since we would be looking to hurt the market no matter what happens, but the result in reality is that we are going to do something without analyzing what we are doing and our execution can lead us to an even worse situation.

Although it is hard to accept, the losses we have are part of normality and because we cannot control the market, we have to accept that in our execution we can have losses in some movements, but this happens more frequently when we are starting because we have to learn many things.

There are times when we can do something called "projection" and that in psychology refers to that we place in a target (anything external to us), what we feel, so we can think that the market is against us because we start to get frustrated and feel angry.

Source

There is no denying that there are some times when this does happen, such as cases of unregulated brokers playing against their clients until investigations start and interesting things are found, but in exchange houses (stocks or cryptos) that are regulated something different happens, and that is that we see the market as something external to us and where there is no manipulation against us specifically.

The market is a place where you can reward those who know what they do but also punish those who act without thinking things through and by impulsivity, being those who provide liquidity to those who know what they do and understand that there are times when people get frustrated and get out of positions that have a normal movement against some traders.

It is not the market, it is us.
