There are traders who have made a fortune thanks to the market and after a short time have lost everything thanks to the market, and one of those cases in the past was Jesse Livermore, but we also have a recent case which is Archegos Capital, and this is only in the case of stocks, as in Crypto we can see very similar cases.
Just in the fall of Bitcoin a few days ago many people were liquidated, while other people have become a little bit richer (there are whales who sold high and bought back cheaper), but it has also happened that there are people who traded short against Bitcoin and lost a lot of money, at the same time that other people have made a lot of money in the last few months.
There are many reasons why this happens, among which we can see that today it is much easier to operate in the markets because we can download an application and buy and sell assets anywhere you have Internet, and also does not require large requirements for us to operate in the markets, or large capital as before.
What happens is something logical in all places where there is a massive entry of new users, which refers to those who know and those who do not know what they are doing, and in the markets we do not have a second chance to make a mistake, but a mistake means losing money, and it is up to each person to know how much money he can lose.
In the same way that we can make a lot of money, we can also lose a lot of money, and those who know this can take measures to avoid losing it all, which means not exposing themselves to too much risk (not leveraging) and knowing what they are getting into.
That is why the most important thing before entering the markets is to have knowledge about the markets, and although experience is what will lead us to make better decisions in the future, it is still good to know beforehand that what we do has consequences that can be good or bad, and that it is our decision what we do to make or lose money.

Si hay algo que puede hacernos mucho bien pero también puede hacernos mucho daño, es el mercado, y no necesariamente porque es una decisión del mercado como un ente pensante y que toma sus propias decisiones, sino por la forma en que nosotros como usuarios nos acercamos al mercado, y esto es algo que hemos podido ver desde hace mucho tiempo.
Existen traders que han hecho una fortuna gracias al mercado y luego de poco tiempo lo han perdido todo gracias al mercado, y uno de esos casos en el pasado fue Jesse Livermore, pero también tenemos un caso reciente que es Archegos Capital, y esto es solo en el caso de las acciones, ya que en Cripto podemos ver casos muy parecidos.
Solo en la caída de Bitcoin de hace pocos días muchas personas fueron liquidadas, mientras que otras personas se han hecho un poquito más ricas (hay ballenas que vendieron alto y volvieron a comprar más barato), pero también ha ocurrido que hay personas que operaron en corto contra Bitcoin y perdieron mucho dinero, al mismo tiempo que otras personas han ganado mucho dinero en los últimos meses.
Existen muchas razones por las que esto ocurre, dentro de las que podemos ver que hoy en día es mucho más fácil operar en los mercados gracias a que podemos descargar una aplicación y comprar y vender activos en cualquier lugar que tenga Internet, y que además no exige grandes requisitos para que podamos operar en los mercados, ni grandes capitales como ocurría antes.
Lo que ocurre es algo lógico en todos los lugares donde hay una entrada masiva de nuevos usuarios, que se refiere a que ingresan quienes saben y quienes no saben lo que hacen, y en los mercados no tenemos una segunda oportunidad de equivocarnos, sino que un error significa perder dinero, y depende de cada persona saber cuánto dinero puede perder.
De la misma forma en que podemos sacar mucho dinero, también podemos perder mucho dinero, y quien sabe esto puede tomar medidas para evitar perderlo todo, lo que significa no exponerse a mucho riesgo (no apalancarse) y saber en qué nos estamos metiendo.
Es por esto que lo más importante antes de ingresar a los mercados es tener conocimiento sobre los mercados, y aunque la experiencia es aquello que nos llevara a tomar mejores decisiones en el futuro, sigue siendo bueno que sepamos desde antes que lo que hacemos tiene consecuencias que pueden ser buenas o malas, y que es nuestra decisión lo que hacemos para ganar o perder dinero.
