You can't see what you don't know / No se puede ver lo que no se conoce

Knowledge in various areas is what can open the doors to many other opportunities, in the end you can't know that something exists if you do not know it, for example, we know that we feel the air currents in some moments but if we did not know the reason for this, maybe we would be thinking that it refers to ghosts or something similar, and the same happens with other things we do not know.
When we don't know something, we tend to attribute an explanation to it that would not be based on experiences or statistical data or at least in some cases on logical things, all because we fall into wanting to attribute the characteristics or explanation to something that we have seen only once and that we have not been able to see before and study what happens when some specific change or other change is made.
This is the reason for the scientific studies, since we take some phenomenon in reality that we do not know and we start making tests of what would happen if we make some change, either extracting or adding something and we evaluate the changes that may exist in its structure or behavior.
This is the way we have to generate knowledge and transmit it so that later on other people can understand what they may have in front of them and avoid emotions such as irrational fear of something that does not represent danger or trying to get away from something that seems harmless but can generate a great danger to our health.
This is what we should see when we talk about investments, because when we do not know about something specific we will not be able to see opportunities that we have in front of us and maybe if we see it we will not be able to think of it as an opportunity but as something that we have to get away from.
This is where we see that the most important asset we can count on is the knowledge we have, since it is knowledge that opens the door to experiences that are difficult for most people to see.
We are conditioned by what we know, and for this reason we must seek to know more each time.

El conocimiento en varias áreas es lo que nos puede abrir las puertas a muchas otras oportunidades, al final no se puede saber que algo existe si no lo conocemos, por ejemplo, sabemos que sentimos corrientes de aire en algunos momentos pero si no supiéramos la razón de ser de esto, tal vez estaríamos pensando que se refiere a fantasmas o a algo parecido, y eso mismo ocurre con otras cosas que no conocemos.
Cuando no conocemos algo vamos a tender a atribuirle una explicación que no estaría basado en experiencias o en datos estadísticos o al menos en algunos casos en cosas lógicas, todo porque caemos en querer atribuir las características o explicación a algo que hemos visto solo 1 vez y que no hemos podido ver antes y estudiar que ocurre cuando se hace algún cambio especifico u otro cambio.
Esta es la razón de ser de los estudios científicos, ya que tomamos algún fenómeno en la realidad que no conocemos y comenzamos a hacer pruebas de lo que ocurriría si hacemos algún cambio, ya sea extrayendo o sumando algo y evaluamos los cambios que puedan existir en su estructura o comportamiento.
Esta es la forma en que tenemos de generar conocimiento y transmitirlo para que luego otras personas puedan entender lo que puedan tener en frente y eviten emociones como miedo irracional a algo que no representa peligro o que intenten alejarse de algo que parece inofensivo pero que puede generar un gran peligro para nuestra salud.
Esto mismo es lo que debemos ver cuando hablamos de inversiones, ya que cuando no conocemos de algo en específico no podremos ver oportunidades que tengamos al frente y tal vez si la vemos no la podamos pensar como una oportunidad sino como algo de lo que tenemos que alejarnos.
Es aquí donde vemos que el activo más importante con el que podemos contar es el conocimiento que tenemos, ya que es el conocimiento el que nos abre las puertas a experiencias que son difíciles de ver por la mayoría de las personas.
Estamos condicionados por aquello que conocemos, y por esto debemos buscar conocer más cada vez.
