Since @anomadsoul says I'm dead I figured I'd make a post on peakd so hopefully it will show up under my blog and whatever he used to figure out who all was dead, won't show me as dead anymore. With that said, let's get started.

The War

I think this is what kept me on the platform as I finally found a group that supported each other and posts that I enjoyed writing about and a few new friends along the way. I follow @sirknight and even joined @teamaustralia for a bit.

It was a fun community where I met some good friends. It even encouraged me to start @steemusa with @topkpop. I'm not sure if @steemusa is still active or @teamaustralia, but I know sirknight and topkpop have moved on to other things.

OCD - Operation Curation Delegation

My fellow curators where probably my closest group of friends I've had on the platform. I was very sad when I saw my favorite naked nomad power down and leaving the platform, but glad to see that he's posting again and sorry for not commenting on your posts leading you to think I'm dead @anomadsoul.

Another two curators I was relatively close to were @ma1neevent and @guyfawkes4-20. I spent a lot of time talking to them on and off the platform as well on discord. They gave me a lot of support, encouragement, and guidance on the platform.

With the exception of just a few other people on the platform, these are the people I wish I had the opportunity to meet in real life. Plenty of awesome people in OCD in the past and I'm sure their will be plenty of awesome people that are a part of @OCD well into the future. @acidyo does a great job at that somehow.

HiveUSA

Myself along with @topkpop, @tattoodjay, and @dswigle went on to found @steemusa with the help @themarkymark (delegation) and a few other people I can't think of names right now (sorry).

This was a lot of work and I feel like we did help some people along the way. I'm not sure how many people are still active from the project, but I know @enjar is, and he's probably one of the members I became closest with over the time with the project.

Others Along the Way

I don't exactly know why he quit posting, but @doctorjohn wrote a blot almost every little day with some knowledge in the post. I wished he was still posting on the platform as I enjoyed and will miss his content.

I forget the name of the individual, but he would post a beer review and then leave the post or start it, with some information or a chart on a crypto project and what he thought was going to happen.

I could go on as well and talk about people who inspire me such as @nathanmars who relentless try and push this platform to the masses and are key in buidling for the future as well as those @leofinance and @splinterlands are some of the projects that have definitely kept me on this platform along with those in the community.

In Conclusion

I think at some point in the near future I am going to clean up my follower list, just because I want to find new great creators on the platform to engage with and support, but that may or may not ever happen due to lazyness.

I think my on regret, if you'll call it that, is never getting to make the real life connections with some of these people. I'm not sure if I ever will untless through some miracle I'm able to write or create for crypto full time, but it would be nice to be able to meet the naked nomad himself who inspired me to write this article.

The other thing I've figured out is pice, rewards, and all that stuff is great, but it's definitely the community on this platform that makes me keep coming back, posting, upvoting, and commenting others in this awesome blockchain.
