HI. That company already tried to prohibit hive's name but there is no confusion in owning a stock of that company and owning the hive in our blockchain. No there is a lot of pumping going on just look at the turnover of almost a billion hive. Many transactions in a small number of circling sell -> buy wallets with Binance. That is what I think.
