Practical strategies to safeguard your crypto wallet

Set high Security When creating your crypto wallet passwords, is it recommended to put your email first then a strong password. A strong password should be a combination of letters(Lower and upper case) and alpha numbers (1,2,3) keys. You may also include exclamations(",!,?) to make the password more stronger. Avoid using simple passwords like your name or phone number which might be quickly guessed and acquired. [Screenshot taken from my phone]

Bind your wallet with Google authenticator Make sure your wallet is blinded to the google authenticator. The google authenticator is an app tied to your email which only you may have access to. After signing on, the google authenticator offers you a code to insert into your wallet to prove you are truly the one performing the transaction.

Use Two-factor Authenticator This works nearly like the google authenticator except they need your email and phone. Before any withdrawal is performed in your wallet, a code is provided to your email and phone number at this same time. The withdrawal may also go through if the two codes are not accurate.

Save your private seeds properly Keep your private keys or seeds in a location where only you can access them. It may be written on your private jotter but maintain it in q spot where water or insect can't damage them. Avoid storing them in your notepad on your phone or screenshot of them on your phone.

Avoid public wifi Some public wifi is capable of showing your private keys while are attempting to log in. If it's not a personal wifi of a buddy it is better than having your network than utilizing public wifi where your password may be hacked.

Avoid fraudulent websites No website would tell you to give your private keys or seed phrases before you can access the website. They could come in form of investment or assisting you to acquire a coin. It is not advisable to reveal such virtual information.

Conclusion

If you're starting to feel suspicious about your wallet. You may quickly change your password to a stronger one. Do not leave your wallet open. You may also enter a password, Face ID, or Fingerprint.
