In this Wealth Principle #39, I talk about How You Do Anything is How You Do Everything. The wealth principles are designed for one thing to build wealth. This is not the type of program you just get involved with if you just want to get by, this isn't the type of program you commit to if you're just looking to be comfortable and this not certainly the type of process you get involved with if you just want to be happy. This is the program that allows you to get to the next level where 52 weeks of a year are 52 weeks of a big commitment.

The right habits may be wrong with different goals and the right habits are only right if you want that one thing the habit will bring you and the right habits could be wrong if you don't want the same this as somebody else. So getting into these disciplines and habits, this principle allows you to identify which ones are good and which ones are not. We all understand that discipline is important, taking action is important, sleeping is important, having healthy relationships is important, how you communicate with people is important. These are habits based on past experiences, past results, past ambitions, you may have changed and adjusted your goals. There are many things in this world but there is only a key handful of habits that will make you successful.

How To Use This Principle

Here is how you use How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything because the sentence is actually about identifying habits. Some of the habits you have now are dangerous now, some of the habits you've created over the last couple of years of your life could be holding you back from your wealth, they could be taking happiness away from you, they could be literally damaging and poisoning your relationships, they could be creating bad nights of sleep and atrophy of your life and they could be creating all the success you have. If you're successful, your habits created it nothing else. Mike Schein talks about the book of the week which is The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy and it is a lesson in the fact that Small habits are what create amazingly large results.

Bad Habits Are Actually A Good Place To Start

All the bad habits you have are the first step in getting your good habits because you first identify the worst habits in you. So pull a pen and paper and I want you to write on top of it, write down the bad habits you had, you can also write your name and date to it because if you write down then it is past. Then go back to the top of the bad habits and write what is opposite to it for example if eating bad food then eating good food is the opposite. Everything you do should be done with the best of your ability, be the best, focus on the best, surround yourself with the best. The more you do this, the habit grows in other areas, grows in other places. Put the best food in your body and if you can't afford the best food then put the best food you can afford in your body.

How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything if you're not putting the right food into your body and you know it is the right food and other food is wrong then you probably have to do this in your money. If you know it is a money activity, things that make you successful, calling people who have the money is a thing that makes you successful in sales. Putting all your efforts in what you're doing 100% focused is the principle, being 100% honest about your intention, what you want, what you are creating.

The Way You Treat Other People Is Important

Anybody I come into contact with is the most important person in the room and if they're not then you're in the wrong room. If you're communicating with somebody, they are the most important people in the room, they're your world and universe, and if you decide that they are longer important leave that room or change the conversation. There is nothing that will slow my mission down of building millionaires than not paying attention to this habit. I want to build 100 millionaires so that we can build more so that as a team we can go out and build hundreds and hundreds of millionaires because millionaires are the biggest charity donors and biggest employers.
