Will You Believe Me - At times Its Good to Have Alt. Accounts - 400 More UNI tokens

Hey Guys;

This is my True story and will you believe me or NOT, I don't know. But the fact is that its a TRUE story.

Check this image OUT; I've 400 more UNI tokens now in my wallet.

Can you Believe iT? Yes, it's True and I got it from my another ETH address that I had created a long time back. And when I say back its would be like 6 to 7 Months back OLD address.

The Story - Remember the HUNT token on Steem

Back during the STEEM days, I had two accounts in the name of @healthder and @gungunkrishu. I had delegated some of the Steem power to mine the HUNT tokens. And when the news and all the FUD that broke regarding STEEM and the HUNT token, I decided to move out my HUNT tokens to the ETH wallet.

At that point in time when I was transferring my HUNT tokens from both my accounts, it didn't allow me to transfer to one ETH wallet. Hence created a new ETH address and transferred the HUNT tokens to it.

Long story short, I don't remember the date when I sold the HUNT tokens but still remembered that I had anyhow used two different ETH addresses for the token transfer and selling them on UNISwap.

Random check on UniSwap & Boom

So I was wondering will this alt. account that I just used once for HUNT tokens transfer and selling on UNISwap, would be eligible for the UNI tokens or NOT. And when the luck is at your side; You know exactly what I'm trying to say.. Right.

YES; this ETH address also had the 400 UNI tokens to be claimed. But before I could claim; I needed ETH to claim the tokens. So did all that and finally transferred the UNI tokens to my ETH address that I use normally.

Happy me and see my luck had I discovered it yesterday, I would have sold it for $3 Odd a token. But now if you see the price of UNI token it's trading $5+ approx. a token. So all in all close to 6.5 ETH more to my wallet for FREE - that is what you call LUCK

If you have an alternative ETH address and in case you traded on UNISwap with it. I would recommend that you give it a try to check if you are eligible for the UNI AirDrop

What you need to do is;

  1. Connect with metamask on UNISwap portal
  2. Click on the three dots as shown on the above picture
  3. Click on the Claim UNI button & the following screen pops up

4 Enter your alternative ETH address to check if its eligible for the UNI tokens AirDrop

A final note, there is a famous saying that goes like

Fortune favors the Brave

And in this case of mine, I guess that fortune has really bestowed on me and I'm very thankful to receive the same by both hands OPEN... lol :-)

Am I selling the UNI tokens...

At this point in time, I'm not looking to sell these extra tokens that I got via fortune.

Could this be a hint to me? That I can immediately accomplish my DREAM selling these tokens and powerUp HIVE..

Frankly speaking, don't know and maybe I'm being greedy here and not listening or seeing that is clearly in front of me. I'll give it a thought for some time and maybe tomorrow I sell them and finally accomplish my GOAl..

Do you believe my story? If Yes; then would love to know your thoughts/views as to what should I be doing with the extra UNI tokens that I got that I didn't expect at all..
