It is PIZZA token Power up day!!!

Last week, on June 10th, it was announced by the @hive.pizza team that the first PIZZA Power Up Day would happen on the 14th (today) and also every 14th of each month!

I got very excited to participate in it since this month I participated as well in my first Hive power-up day! I have a special feeling for the PIZZA guild since it was the community that introduced HIVE to me. So I try to participate in every type of initiative, I trust a lot in the team, and the hype is true! I had some good HBD rewards last week, so I decided to not spend it, I was going to save it mostly for the PIZZA power-up day.

So I had converted the HBD to HIVE and then to SWAP.HIVE to be prepared and just buy the PIZZAs for the power-up day! That was the plan, I didn't had any amount of PIZZA in my head to buy it for staking it. So I had 16 HIVE, but I spent some of them in a LP of CINE:SWAP.HIVE, but I still had something around 14 or 15 yesterday to be prepared.

The PIZZA administration just announced at the beginning of the PIZZA power-up day that they would give a special gift for everyone that has 300 PIZZA powered up today. I decided then to try that!
So at first I bought the 75 PIZZAs for 0.0567 SWAP.HIVE and 29.89 for 0.057 SWAP.HIVE, after that purchase I saw that my remaining SWAP.HIVE wouldn't be enough to buy the rest.
Luckly I had some extra HBD for a reward drip from yesterday. But then another problem that I never faced: Leodex was out of liquid swap.hive ! I was trying to deposit, but leodex kept returning me my HIVE. I was also a little bit busy at home since my wife was anxious to start watching an episode from Stranger Things. After we finished, she went to to sleep, and I tried again in leodex, and faced the same problem. I asked for help, and then @hivetrending gave me the best Tip I ever had, going to hivepay and getting SWAP.HIVE there, So I got what I needed and then boom I bought 192 PIZZA for 0.0598 (yeah in this process the price went up), this amount of PIZZA I bought from who?? @blitzzzz LOL .

That is a good initiative, I always try to increment my PIZZA assets every month, but not like this! Maybe I will save a small amount from every HBD rewarded for the next power-up day. Right now I have 1498 PIZZA staked. I am mostly half of my way to the 3000 Goal. With 3000 PIZZA staked I would receive 1 daily pizza from the staking and also participate in more giveaways on the server.
