What can I say other than Hey Jack! I picked up a full ounce of American Junk Silver starting with the Kennedy Half Dollar.

In the past, which is where my mind usually lives, I have called American coinage issued in 1964 and prior as "Junk Silver". However, I have heard a change in the lexicon as of late. A change that is far overdue. American silver coinage is now more and more being referred to as Constitutional Silver.

Fair enough and in respect to Article 1, Section 10, Clause 1 of the Constitution for the United States of America. Therefore, be it resolved, that from this day forward @handofzara shall endeavor to refer to American silver coinage as "Constitutional Silver".

Old habits die hard but we are in a Season of change and might as well embrace it.

I figured Jack needed some friends to round out the Full Ounce of Constitutional Silver.

Say hello to the Georges, Frank and the lovely Ladies. Since we are returning to "real" names, the figure on the Dime is officially Lady Liberty wearing a "winged cap" and NOT the pagan god Mercury.

Same old crap! Gold and Silver got a little feisty with their recent run up. December is a delivery month at the COMEX. The Commercial Banks are short and have very little physical to deliver so time to smack down the price or the banks go under kind of stuff.

So either Gold is taking a breather or this is some topping and disbursement action. Take your pick. Besides its just electronic digits on a screen its not like it is shiny and in my hands.

With Silver, if this is a "backtest" of a break out Silver is kind of there today. Perhaps this is a "Bull Flag" forming for the next run up. Or this is simply a distribution top and time for the Commercial Bankers to earn their Christmas bonus. Again take your pick.

Besides I prefer hanging out with the Ladies of Liberty and their cool hats. Frank, well what can I say about old Frank. Not my favorite fella but he came with the girls so I guess he stay.

So that was my adventure to the Coin Store this week and my latest addition to the stack of a full ounce of Constitutional Silver.

There was plenty of supply this week. The Constitutional Silver does have a higher premium by one dollar over the generic rounds, which I did not pay seeing as I am a regular customer.

The premium on American Eagles is still a bit hefty for my wallet.

Peace out and Stack On!
