When trading any asset, it is important to be aware of where the buyers and sellers are in the market. Many times, when there are no new buyers present in the market, it can develop into a high on a range. The map below shows this in detail. The top of this range has been established since March 2022. When volatility (vol) gets low in this location on the top, it has signaled that buyer exhaustion has failed to move prices higher, and that bearish momentum is increasing.
