Oh, that sounds really the same as here in The Netherlands, except for that no one here will ever claim that it's free. We do have high costs to even be able to use the healthcare, but claiming it's free, and it turns out not to be free at all is even more ridiculous. Yup I agree, things are seriously fucked up around the world.
