🤚Only Getting Better on Twitter Game || Focusing on Twitter Engagements and Reach
We have received some complaints that let us think to restructure some of the reward systems we are doing on our Hive Marketing on #twitter. What we are doing before is giving the @hivetips based on the number of tweets mentioning the Hive tags, we can see some problems emerged as we notice some Hive Spam on Twitter.
We did start our reward system by classifying the Leaderboards based on the tweet counts, retweets, and comments using our most used hashtags and websites. As we are doing this leaderboard contest we have noticed some of the problems never existed before. There are spam tweets that haven't any relevant values to their readers. Some of the users got pissed off because of this, Here are some of the sample tweets that I will not mention their names
This is only one example that we discover. I strongly disagree with this kind of behavior, but I admit that it makes me smile seeing the effort of the whole community to promote our blockchain on Twitter. The firstborn child does not have all the skills on his Day 1 likewise in our Twitter Hustler Game. Many of our people still are newbies on the Twitter game, maybe some of us only made their first twitter accounts when they get onboard on #hive and want to help out to get our #hive tags get on trending fast.
We have abolished on giving the tips rewards based on the leaderboard, in my opinion, the leaderboard chart is not a healthy option to be rewarded as it gives people the Entitlement Mentality. What we are experimenting with now is focus on tweets with high engagements or tweet tips as I feel. At the end of the day, this is called Tips for the reason. What I prefer is to give our people a taste of tips in all our Hive Swarm who actively sharing on Twitter. I want to make them feel how it feels to receive Free Hive Tips =D
Am I planning for the leaderboard based on Engagements/Reach?
No, not yet as of this moment because in my opinion new problem will pop up if we will be doing engagements/reach leaderboards. Also, Entitlement makes people less happy. If you have any suggestion, please comment down below :)

Every time you are doing something then you are getting used to it, you learn new skills and talents, the first thing we need is the effort or I may call it the Spirits of Continuity like many already has.
