What should we do when the reality does not match the expectations? In business, there is a target and a percentage of achievement. When the target does not meet the plan, it means that we failed to achieve the target. Does it mean that we have completely failed? The failure depends on the standard. When the expectation that does not meet the plan causes your business to go bankrupt, we have completely failed. However, when failure still gives us more opportunities to achieve our goals in the future, it means that we have not completely failed.

In life, our reality does not meet our expectations. We have to recount our expectations if they are achievable or not. Our expectations may be so irrational that they will never come true. We expect to have a luxurious car while our income is only enough for a general city car. In any way, we count, we will not be able to realize our expectations. We expect to have a popular beautiful model to be our girlfriend, but we have never gotten in touch with the model environment. Our expectation is a fantasy that is not going to be a reality. Set our expectations in an achievable and rational way!
