The current Christmas Challenge is a huge success with more than 842 badges gifted (as the time of writing) to the Hive users thanks to the kind wishes you all made!

It is absolutely amazing and we did not expect such success. Thank you to all who participate and who demonstrate how friendship within our community is not an empty word.

Unfortunately, our challenge post has slowly become chunky and sometimes blocking due to the massive number of wishes made on the post. Hive front-ends struggle a bit when it comes to loading so many comments (more than 3 thousand as of writing). Please be patient when you try to read and comment on the post.

The spirit of Christmas inspires us!

We were both moved by several comments from participants that we read and excited by the enthusiasm generated by our initiative.

This is why we have decided to challenge our own challenge and make the Christmas spirit a reality by offering one of you an additional gift:

• Once the challenge is over, we will randomly draw one of the participants who used all their 10 wishes and gifted the Christmas badge to their friends.

• The lucky one will receive a 1000 Hive Power delegation for 1 month!

Remember you are limited to a maximum of 10 gifts per account! So double-check before you wish not to pick someone who has already received the Christmas badge.

The challenge is still running and you can send a gift to your friends until December 25 at 23:59:59 UTC. Don't be late!
