Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I know that if I try to skip it I'm going to feel terrible later.

Putting something good in your body 1st thing in your day is the best way to fuel your mind with what it needs throughout the day. If you have to move and be active you must have the ingredients of life inside you!

Granted Turkey bacon and a bagel Maple French toast style maybe isn't the healthiest breakfast but it's better than no breakfast at all! I am going to have to get coffee on the way because there is no time to delay. Life is right now, don't miss it!
