The last time Hive went over 0.15 was when it launched back in April, it hit about 0.29 before dropping off, then at the beginning of May hit 0.91 US.

Do you have enough Hive? How much Hive Power do you want? 100? 500? 5000? Once Hive crosses the fifty cent mark, we are starting to talk about real money.

When STEEM went on it's 2018 run it hit over $8.19, and then promptly sold off. What conditions were there at the time that caused this dramatic increase in price? Users who were able to sell the token did, causing the price to fall to $1.44 by April. Volume was 88 million in January 2nd, and just 1 million on April 1st 2018.

What can we learn from the past? What conditions are there currently that suggest either favorable results in the future or at least not detrimental effects?

Daily volume has increased from $4 million on Jan 27, to over $16 million today. According to the latest stats from @penguinpablo --> Here that since the 5th of Feb;

1. Hive is up 667 posts per day from two weeks ago, to 17,321.
2. There are 10,567 accounts transacting daily, up 280.
3. There were 637 more posts and comments, 4,289.
4. We are up to 195 new accounts (yesterday) up 15.3% from 169.

All these things are good for Hive.

The largest transfers yesterday were from the Binance hotwallet, massive amounts of Hive being transferred to the exchange. There was a deficit of -135,454 leaving Hive a few days ago, but every day since we have had a surplus of Hive returning to the platform. Today a whopping -120,636 more HIVE is being powered down than powered up.
