Lo que inició como un proyecto, lo que inició como un movimiento, hoy es una realidad. Ha nacido una nueva Comunidad en Hive, integrada por un conjunto de personas que llevan el nombre de esta blockchain en su pecho, con el fin de dar a conocer cada uno de los elementos que la integran. Hoy inicia, más que una aventura, inicia la magia de estar inmerso dentro de este mar de creatividad y dentro de este mar de tecnología descentralizada que representa la #Web3.
Por tal motivo y luego de andar por los rincones del estado Sucre dejando a Hive en lo más alto, tenemos el orgullo de presentarles a la Comunidad @hivesucre, un espacio creado para gente como tú, gente capaz de crear, de impulsar, de promocionar y sobre todo de hacer suya esta plataforma. Somos una familia y desde el Oriente de Venezuela abrimos las puertas de #hivesucre, para que continuemos creciendo juntos en pro del fortalecimiento de nuestra blockchain #hive.

En tal sentido, esta comunidad también está abierta a la promoción de todo lo que tenga que ver con nuestras raíces, nuestra forma de vida; es decir, lo más autóctono del estado Sucre lógicamente tiene entrada en esta comunidad.

Es decir, los contenidos deben estar dirigidos al turismo, cultura, música y economía basada en pagos en hive y hbd; además de la ejecución de charlas, talleres, conferencias y cualquier evento que genere valor a la blockchain llevados a cabo en el estado Sucre. Por otra parte, todo lo inherente a nuestras raíces podrán ser incluidas en esta comunidad, como una forma de hacer conocer las potencialidades de nuestra estado Sucre.
- Contenido original. El contenido a crear debe ser original y como todo está relacionado a la adopción de Hive en cualquier espacio, lógicamente debes aparecer en el contenido a promover.
- No se acepta plagio. Si usas imágenes, video, texto, música o cualquier material proveniente de la web o de alguna fuente no propia, debes otorgar los créditos, evita el parafraseo. Usa material sin copyright.
- Puedes crear contenido en video (solo por @threespeak) o escrito. En ambos casos se sugiere un mínimo de 500 palabras en un solo idioma.

La creación de esta comunidad no se produjo de la noche a la mañana. Esto surge gracias al pensamiento e ideas de un grupo de Hivers, que en primera instancia, viendo que en otros estados se habían realizado diferentes Meetup, propuso y concretó por vez primera el Meetup Hive Sucre que se llevó a cabo el 17 de agosto del año 2022. Encuentro que fue un total éxito, donde físicamente se pudo compartir con muchas personas, que virtualmente hacen vida en la plataforma. Las expectativas que se tenían sobre el evento fueron superadas.
Desde ese momento, casi no se dejó espacio para el descanso porque la idea de realizar otro evento de mayor magnitud estaba por venir. Sin embargo, el próximo evento a planificar debía ser muy diferente, ya que la idea no era la del encuentro entre Hivers, sino atraer la mayor cantidad de personas posibles para su incorporación a la blockchain Hive. Todos eran bienvenidos, pero teníamos la mirada centrada en el cambio del modelo económico del estado Sucre, al tratar de que los dueños de negocios dieran un paso al frente para incorporar nuestras monedas Hive y HBD como forma de pago.
The creation of this community did not happen overnight. This arose thanks to the thoughts and ideas of a group of Hivers, who in the first instance, seeing that in other states there were different Meetups, proposed and materialized for the first time the Meetup Hive Sucre that took place on August 17, 2022. This meeting was a total success, where physically it was possible to share with many people, who virtually make life on the platform. Expectations about the event were exceeded.
From that moment on, there was almost no room for rest because the idea of holding another event of greater magnitude was still to come. However, the next event to be planned was to be very different, as the idea was not to meet Hivers, but to attract as many people as possible to join the Hive blockchain. Everyone was welcome, but we had our eyes focused on changing the economic model of the state of Sucre, by trying to get business owners to step forward to incorporate our Hive and HBD currencies as a form of payment.
De todo esto nació el siguiente evento llamado Expo Hive Sucre, el cual se llevó a cabo los días 26 y 27 de noviembre 2022. Pero la idea no era asistir ese día y ya, sino que antes del evento se produjo una promoción gigantesca. Se visitaron muchos locales comerciales, se hicieron programas radiales, en fin, el equipo estuvo en la calle logrando captar varios negocios para que asistieran a la actividad; incluso hubo un local comercial que aceptó la adopción de este sistema económico sin haber llegado aún el día del evento. Lo que demuestra que el trabajo se estaba haciendo, este local se identifica como @loshijosdewasi, un sitio familiar dedicado a la preparación de comida criolla.
La Expo Sucre también fue un éxito total, por lo que se continuó la promoción e impulso de la blockchain en todos los espacios. Es decir, el trabajo de adopción de nuestras monedas siguió avanzando; además, se dictaron conferencias en diversas instituciones del estado como por ejemplo en el Instituto Municipal Autónomo del Turismo IMATUR. Pero el trabajo no quedó allí, porque @hivesucre continuaba en la calle con actividades de promoción y adopción cripto, en la búsqueda de nuevos locales comerciales para la incorporación del Hive y HBD a sus sistemas de pago.
En este punto es válido destacar que el trabajo no ha sido facil, pero este equipo sigue adelante y no se deja vencer. Ejemplo de ello es que durante los carnavales turísticos de Cumaná, mientras muchos estaban disfrutando, el equipo de Hive Sucre con su stand, encabezó el grupo de emprendedores que se hicieron presente en estas festividades. Fueron tres días continuos de trabajo duro en cuanto a difusión y promoción de la cadena de bloques. Otro evento que fue tremendamente exitoso, porque se captaron nuevos usuarios y nuevos comercios.

At this point it is worth noting that the work has not been easy, but this team keeps going and does not let itself be defeated. An example of this is that during the tourist carnivals of Cumana, while many were enjoying themselves, the Hive Sucre team, with its stand, led the group of entrepreneurs who were present at these festivities. They were three continuous days of hard work in terms of dissemination and promotion of the blockchain. Another event that was tremendously successful, because new users and new businesses were attracted.
Como se dijo anteriormente, el trabajado ha sido duro, pero ha rendido frutos porque se ha logrado incorporar a este nuevo modelo económico, un total de 21 locales comerciales que han dado un paso al frente y ya poseen en sus sistemas de pago el Hive y el HBD para tal fin. Es decir, cualquiera de los Hivers puede ir fácilmente a estos locales y realizar sus compras sin ningún problema y esto es cierto, porque dentro de la cadena de bloques hay testimonios que lo demuestran. Todo esto se ha logrado en menos de tres meses desde que se llevó a cabo la Expo Hive Sucre.
Algo muy importante, es que las transacciones que se generen por el intercambio de bienes y servicios entre los Hivers y los comercios no tienen ningún tipo de comisión, son cero comisiones. Esto es en una primera etapa, porque la idea no es solo que los Hivers compren con hbd, sino la intención es que nuestras monedas se queden en las billeteras y tengan circulación; es decir, que el hiver compre, el comercio reciba el pago y éste mismo comercio pueda pagar a sus proveedores también en hive y hbd. En pocas palabras, lograr que el hive y el HBD estén presentes en toda la cadena comercial, lo que dejaría de lado la dependencia del dólar americano.

In a few words, to achieve that the hive and the HBD are present in the whole commercial chain, which would leave aside the dependence on the American dollar.
