First Look At Junoswap by @jk6276

So this is a very early work in progress addition to the Dex environment in the Cosmos. JUNO will be the base asset for all pools, Cosmos tokens will be there but longer term the primary use case will be for new tokens being launched on Juno. There are a raft of projects launching on Juno, building it out as its own eco-system with its token structure (CW20). This Dex is not intended to be a competitor to Osmosis. The range of JUNO native tokens will be the primary use case.

The RAW token will be the reward and governance token for the Dex. This is being launched as a separate token from JUNO primarily as Junoswap may not be the only Dex on JUNO, and using the Juno token only as an incentive would not be sustainable.

Junoswap is a dex that is built at the top of Cosmos. To criticize myself, I can clearly say that I forget to check new projects on the hot ecosystems. In this case, JUNO looks nice to take a look at as it also has different incentives like RAW token reward for the holders. Who knows, maybe these projects may get serious attention in the bull-run ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Vampire Phase Of The Bull Market by @chekohler

A 50% drawdown is not new to bitcoin during a bull cycle and the bear market really only arrives historically once we draw down to around 80% of the all-time high. A figure I don't see likely to happen but who knows right? Bitcoin humbles us all.

Bitcoin continues to get bigger and as it gets bigger in liquidity and market cap it starts to get affected by larger macro forces. In previous years it wasn't so tethered to traditional markets but now that it's a national currency, now that it's used to settle high-end real estate, now that it's on the balance sheets of companies, waves in other markets will affect bitcoin as it's the same investors with different allocations in different assets.

Back in years, the increase in the price of cryptocurrencies where solely based on the speculation and expectations of the crypto enthusiasts. However, today's crypto market has evolved into a huge hub where dApps, DAOs, crypto assets are created and used by millions. While the mass adoption is non-stop happening, these drops in cryptocurrencies cannot be permanent for years as people spare some extra money only for crypto in 2022...

3 Ways NFTs Will Sweep The Whole World Off Their Feet by @shubhwaj

Business - magine if each and every contact is tokenized on the blockchain. No one can change, duplicate or destroy it by any means unless the parties themselves want to. It can be a client contact or an employee contact. Or a time stamped legal contact. Investor documents for stakeholders. Company's shares. Patents and Trademarks and Intellectual Property rights. And what not along with everything being immune to duplication and transferable at will.

Social Media - Hive as a content sharing platform does provide the underlying benefits of blockchain tech. But the world will witness the rise of niche platforms that consider anything not tokenized to be unacceptable and gray.

Art - NFTs might forever change the way entertainment media is created and distributed. Tokenization might become the standard for launching the Movies and TV shows and Music. Eliminating the scope of piracy and ensuring that the right owner receives the worth of his creations.

I love the list given by the author. In addition to these three key points, I want to spare another slot for Play2Earn / GameFi side of crypto which, I believe, is the most promising part of the crypto since the market of gaming is fascinatingly high and the interest on tokenization + P2E is growing like an avalanche ๐ŸŽฎ

Of course, Splinterlands is the first game that comes to our minds ^^

Location, Location Location ! Real Estate & Crypto Episode 1 by @yieldgrower

If it's a Commercial Retail Business, most likely you will want to be located on the busy, high pass high pause intersection to maximize exposure to potential customers. If it's Residential Single Family Detached Property you will most likely want the Cul De Sac in the safe neighborhood. Both locations will help these specific property types maximize their value both now and in the future for potential buyers when the time comes to sell.

When it comes to Real Estate the location is static with maybe a very few exceptions. If you have a mobile home that sits on a slab and you decide you want to move it to another plot, otherwise once the structure is built it remains in place.

Have you ever compared real estate and cryptocurrencies? If you want to spot the similarities and the differences between them, it is better if you check the post by our author who is already experienced in real estate. For me, real estate is a must for each family to secure themselves in hard financial times. On the other hand, real estate can be profitable for those who can evaluate their prices and make gains from their trades. Otherwise, it really requires wisdom to be a real estate expert in such harsh years.

Keeping HBD in savings for times like these by @codingdefined

Coming back to our Hive, we have seen the Hive's potential from going from 19 cents to $3 mark and if it is going down because of the market conditions it will surely go up when the market improves and thus we can reap the benefit of that price high. Along with that keeping HBD in savings is actually good for the times like these.

I was having a conversation with one of my Hive friends as to what to do with HBD earned from posts, I was advocating it to keep in savings to get 12% interest and at the same time when he sees an opportunity like Hive falling or Hive going down then HBD, they can convert the HBD to Hive because HBD is almost pegged o $1 whereas Hive can go from 0.10 cents to $100. And that's what I was also doing.

This is why we have been calling for a stable HBD to secure the growth of Hive ecosystem. The working mechanism of HBD is using Hive as a collateral to generate Hive based USD. Even if you have liquid hive, you can buy HBD to minize the risks in the drops if the stability of HBD can be secured to great extent. I believe we have been doing well with stabilizing HBD between 0.95 -1.05 and the next years it will be nearly pegged to $1 ๐ŸŽฏ๐ŸŽฏ
