Powering Up for May 2021

Happy May Day from the People's Republic of California. I am starting May 2021 with 4840 Hive Power in my @holovision account after today's Power Up. I got a boost from my roughly 4700 HP last month by abandoning Ethereum. I traded my ETH for HIVE and hive-engine tokens.

My goal for 2021 is 5000 HP and I am only 160 HP away from that. The total amount counts the 102 HP I have delegated to @curangel. There are 245 days left in 2021. As long as I remain active every day I should be able to reach 5000 HP easily before the end of the year.

I could have reached well over 5000 HP last month if I hadn't also invested in some hive-engine tokens but I am glad I diversified like a responsible investor. In my HPUD post last month I stated that I had started a token goal of staking an average of 10 POB (Proof of Brain) tokens every day. So far that is going well. I currently have 3320 POB staked to @holovision. I also invested heavily in LEO and WEED among other H-E tokens during April 2021.

April 2021 turned out to be a particularly good month. Let's see what May 2021 brings.
