Rare card from my 15 pack of booster

I brought 15 booster cards and just recently open all of them. here is the rare card I managed to get after opened. After I counted, I found there are 36 rare cards with 2 of the card is an elite card.

Chances of getting a rare card are 30% while every pack will guarantee a rare card.

Since I am using elected leader deck, I don't mind exchanging some of the cards like military or scientist card for a card suitable for my elected leader gameplay, or selling it off since I can't use them. Comment at my post if you are looking for certain card.
