As a few have already reported - use leo.voter for HP delegations which should pay out around the equivalent of 16% APY, daily.

If you want to delegate LEO to earn LEO, then you can use leo-curator. There may be others, but thats the one I use, and I think it may be a weekly payout. But if you google leo-curator, you'll find more info on it.
