HIVE IS 3 YEARS OLD TODAY!!!

Hello my lovely friends, I welcome you to my blog which was totally inspired by our beloved Hive as today marks the day Hive clocks 3 years old. Thanks to sir Dan I got to find out that on the 20th of March 2020 was when Hive officially became Hive and making this post felt like a must for me because hive has been a home for me for the past one year and three months since I joined the hive blockchain. I had normally agreed not to make post for this week because I have to start preparing to resume lectures but then I had to make this post to join everyone to wish Hive a happy birthday.
And it's really so thoughtful of sir Dan to make today even more fun by encouraging all hivians to power up some hive (at least 10 hive) to be eligible for some juicy hive delegation, which I believe will add up more value to the hive blockchain and from the number of persons I've seen putting in their entries, the aim will be achieved. In the spirit of adding value to hive, I powered up 15 hive plus my daily 1 hive as usual making it 16 hive powered up. In case you are reading this and you don't know the importance of powering up, then the following tips below are some reasons why you should be powering up some hive.
As you Power up...

You place value on hive whenever you power up. The value you place in this case might not necessarily be an increase in the price of Hive but more of a believe or trust on hive and by doing so, you prove to others that they are loosing out a lot if they are yet to be on hive, the web03 blockchain.

You get higher curation rewards! Sometimes I do feel like a lot of people don't know how nice it is to have a vote that counts! The more your hive staked, the more you can put a value on someone's post and in turn you get more curation rewards which will just keep getting better as you keep powering up.

Lastly, by powering up frequently, you show hive how worthy you are of the benefits you get and that way, you might be lucky to have people that will support you almost through out your journey here. I do love it when I see people growing their stake on hive, I don't feel bad giving them as much support as I can unlike someone that is continuously powering down. You can power down but for me when you power down more than you give value to the hive blockchain, I kind of see you as unhealthy for hive.

Well, birthday comes once in a year and I'm so happy to have found hive at this point and I'm really sad for those who are yet to be a part of this home that hive is building and if peradventure you are the one, don't waste anymore time and get your hive account and join the revolution!!!
