The cryptocurrency market is constantly growing, it is nothing new and the current price of several currencies with BTC in the lead causes more and more people to want to enter the market.

The dream of free exchange without mediators and without commissions is far from being fulfilled, every day new brokers, custody, security, and arbitration services are presented to the current and future holders of cryptocurrencies, and most end up trading with them, which of course charge a commission. , in some cases very high.

Only in my country, according to some Coinmonitor surveys, buying a BTC at the current value of the dollar should cost approximately 7.83 million pesos but it is not achieved for less than 8.3 million with a little luck and more commonly for 8.4 million of the same local currency. The spread is around 5%. So if anyone wants to make a highly productive investment, I hope so here.

This is why many people are trying to carry out their transactions in the P2P model (peer to peer) where a user interested in buying or selling deals directly with his counterpart, without commissions, limits, preset quotes or other cumbersome procedures, ideal it is not true? But as in any financial transaction, there are also drawbacks, the security of the transaction is the main one although there are others such as the payment method. It is for these non-minor issues that there are intermediaries. When not? They secure the transaction by not releasing the transfer of funds until confirmation of payment has been received.

This could be done through the use of the much-promoted smart contracts, as the history of a user's transactions are protected for life, each of us could have a record of good behavior and with the passage of time and successful transactions receive the necessary confidence. Of course, everything takes, as I said before, time and in the meantime, we will have to continue using the services of the famous intermediaries. Unless, of course, the transaction is made between people who know and trust each other.

There are several actors that own the p2p exchange services, among them Binance who, to the delight of the devalued local market, has incorporated our currency, the peso, for the direct purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies. Locally there are also some intermediaries that allow this type of transaction and for some time Paxful has arrived, one of the main companies in the p2p market in the world. According to its directors, the commissions for arbitrating in this type of transaction is 0%. We will surely prove it.

In Argentina, there is currently no type of regulation and nothing extraordinary is requested to carry out a transaction beyond an email, in other Latin American countries some more information is required, such as the identity document number and the address.
